I had my 3 day sputum extraction on September 24, 25 and 26. I was instucted to go back to SLEC on September 30 for Pulmonary Evaluation. On that day I was told by the radiologist that i have phlegm on my right upper lung, however all my 3 sputum collected are smears negative, and was instructed to follow-up the sputum culture result on November 26 which is the 61 day after my sputum collection. I am a little bit confused, as others were to follow up their result after 8 weeks or 57 day after sputum collection or for me it is November 21. which is which? Also i was told that my medical will expire on February 20, which is 90 day after November 21if that is the case, is my sputum culture result can be obtained on November 21 or 26? any advice will be greatly appreciated...

IS NVC IVR STILL OPERATIONAL???? OUTPUT WILL GREATLY APPRECIATED

Thanks for the information!! it will appear online status if its approved? or they will just send it on the MAIL?
I always check online the status it says Initial review.. hope we will get approved by end of this month!!
my priority date is APRIL 19.. :-) good luck to u!!
yes it will appear online if it is approved and when it was approved and you'll received the hard copy by mail after 7 days of the approval date, it takes uscis to approve a petition not more than 60 days, after more than 60 days you can start sending letters to uscis big wigs or last resort is file a form to USCIS Ombudsman..good luck

does NVC # 603-334-0700 still have the IVR system?

After receiving an email from NVCInquiry@state.gov and NVCResearch@state.gov last June 6, stating that they already received the petition IR-5 packet from USCIS/NBS/San Francisco Field Office after 60 days from my NOA2 approval date April 5.2013. I called NVC # to ask for NVC case # on June 11, 2013, I was told that they received it on June 5, 2013 and it is somewhere in the building and no other information is linked on my petition and was advice to call back next week.
Also, does NVC IVR works only after their 700 am to 1200 midnight office time?
Any output will be greatly appreciated. ty

What should be the next steps after recieving the MSC # RECEIPT!?
wait for the NOA2 which is the approval notice
-
My wife and kids are there but I have not given a POA as such
Any approvals for dec 2012 filer (IR 5)
i received my NOA2 on 4/12/2013 and was approved on 4/5/2013. my petitioner filed my I-130 on 02/12/2013 and was received by USCIS on 2/14/2013
-
I filed for my parents I 130 in dec2012 . I have received the receipt Noa1 with MSC .#
Since them no LUD on the case wondering what's going on .
It's 6 months on June 2013
Most depressing time in ones life waiting for approvals from USCIS
Good bless????
you better call USCIS Benefits Center to inquire, 6 months is quite beyond their promise of approval..
-
Usually, if the petitioner uses a telephone, calling in to NVC, you can kickstart the process.
There's slew of easy stuff to do, but if you wish to simply 'wait on NVC' then they'll kick you into postal notification mode, which, of course, sucks.
i am calling NVC every tuesday morning, as this is the day and time where they update their info on their IVR.

to sheila-todd
from NOA1 to NOA2 50 days, National Benefits Center-Missouri but it was transferred to San Francisco Field Office.

I RECEIVED MY NOA2/ ON 4/12/2013 DATED 4/5/2013 60 DAYS AFTER I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM NVC STATING THAT THEY RECEIVED THE VISA PETITION FROM USCIS, NOW IS ANOTHER WAITING GAME WHEN WILL NVC START SENDING THE DS-3032, AOS FEE BILL, IV FEE BILL AND OTHER REQUIRED DOS TO BE SUBMITTED BACK
-
I got my I-179, NOA2/approval notice last april 5, 2013, 60 days after they received it.....until now NVC never received the approved petition from NBS..........i was informed by ncsc that the transfer time frame of an approved petition (IR Category) from National Benefits Services (NBS) to National Visa Center (NVC) is 90 days....so sad, so the caption on the I-797 that NBS had sent it to NVC is a big fat no,....the transfer process before was maximum of 14 days.
-
I JUST RECEIVED AN E-MAIL FROM MY PETITIONER, SHE SAID SHE JUST RECEIVED A LETTER FROM USCIS/NBC MO STATING THAT MY APPROVED PETITITON WAS ALREADY LOCATED AND STATED THAT MY APPROVED PETITION IS IN SAN FRANCISCO DISTRICT OFFICE, THIS IS A LITTLE BIT SHADY AS THERE IS NO EXPLANATION WHY AND WHEN THEY WILL SEND IT TO NVC....SO SAD
-
it is not just the approval became slow even the aprroved petition to be transferred to NVC by USCIS.NBC MISSOURI is really upsetting and frustrating, per their procedural manual, USCIS transfers the approved petitition within 14 days after they approved the said petition, however in my case, my approved I-130 is an IR-5, w/c means visa is always ready, was approved on April 5, 2013 and just need to be transferred by USCIS to NVC to get it going, unfortunately, 52 days as of this writing, no correspondence is received from USCIS or NVC, the sad part about it when we contact their hot line # both USCIS and NVC does not have any record of my approved petition.....so guys if you have similar situation, post it right here....good luck to all of us
-
almost 60 days from noa1 to noa2 and 11 days to receive the hard copy
-
MY I-130 FOR IR5 WAS APPROVED BY NBC ON APRIL O5, 2013 AND RECEIVED THE 1-797 NOA2-APPROVAL NOTICE ON APRIL 12, 2013, ON MAY 3, MY PETITIONER CALLED NVC AS WE NEVER RECEIVED ANY CORRESPONDENCE FROM BOTH OF THEM AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM USCIS NBC, CALLED USCIS THE ONLY ANSWER THEY GAVE TO MY ETITIONER IS "WE WILL TRY TO LOACATE FOR IT"

Tageras, i think you are correct, and i have high expectation to USA, now i am having a second tought of migrating to the Land of Opportunity, I think, it is better here in the Philippines where i can rub elbows with local beaurecrats vis a vis in the Land of Honey where you suffer the same thing with a guaranteed incentive.....DISCRIMINATION....
-
to all of us, i think we need to write a letter to our senators, legislators, attorney general, big wigs of USCIS and NVC and share to them our story. The big question is how long they will respond? or they will respond to their stakeholders who are us...so sad....
