my question is in their I864 for my brother in-law and i864a for my sister is their current individual income are same to indicate in their I864 and i864a?

we are above poverty and my husband he is retired in government i don't why it happened NVC didn't asked us to get co-sponsor damn

no DS261 is online so just fill up that and send

What is a supervisor review.?

i call NVC and ask the rep for supervisor? and speak to him

Same here rickkant my ds261 is completed on feb.14 and we paid AOS bill feb.21 until now the IV packet bill is still not available don't know what to do

june 20,2013 the USCIS received our petition and july 3,2013 my husband received a hard copy of NOA!

i am CR1 and we filled at june 20,2013

Case being Transferred exact 5 months . . ,

Hubby received email from USCiS that they had sent notice that petition had been approved and he would get letter in the mail with instructions. I find it interesting that this email came 1 day after he spoke to a Tier 2 that said that a request had been made last week to send it to a local field office. It went right from "under review" to 'post decision". Now we wait for instructions. 6 months from receiving NOA1. Getting closer!

That is okay, my husband sent ours there too National Benefits Center (NBC) got it.

It is unlikely you will be Texas Service Center with I130, you might want to check the first three letters of your case number and adjust your profile accordingly (MSC is actually NBC now, they just kept the old code).

We still did not receive our NOA1 in the mail. I expect it to arrive some time next week.
