Hello, My K1 visa has been refused, red flag in my case was age gap. M 29yrs and she is 51 yrs. Pls advice what to do next and tell me what's the chances to get visa. Really we both r very sad. We waited almost more than an year and now got this news

Sarah2013 - I don't knw are you sharing a experience of which country. I am from india and my Fiancee is US citizez. I applied K1 US immigrant visa. I come to know the timeline after reading on VJ and my inquiry emails to embassy where they said most of the cases resolved in 60 days. Now god knows what is reality it seems no one knows anything. Sometime I think I did mistake to apply K1 becoz I had B1B2 visa if I manipulate my statement when I was in US I can easily live there bt I was following the legal way and suffering. Let me discribe my case then pls suggest, I had interview on 11h april 2013 CO was again and again asking abt age gap she is 51yrs and I m 29yrs old. Bt at last he saId just submit PCC to process visa request. He issued me 221G white form. On 23rd April 2013. I submitted my 221G form PCC and my indian passport to them as per them visa will issue within 8 to 10 working days but now I come to knw it take around 2 months pls suggest My chances of getting visa

Yes AP process normally take 2 months (60 days) to resolved. I am also waiting for my visa. I m on 6th week, still waiting. Pls god belss me

Hi, every time I visited through business purpose but having B1/B2 visa if suppose I have to go to visit US for holidays then what are the documents I have to carry with me. I have girl friend there also and if i marry her then is it legal? Pls advice?

Hi, I would like to share my case and want to know your Expert advice. I had interview on 11th April at US embassy Delhi, I carried PCC from police station instead of passport office. This is oly one reason of hold for 221G. Another we have age gap I am 29 yrs ad my fiancee is 51yrs old. CO was asking again and again about our age gap and he was confused. He also blamed me once as I will get benefit of migrate in US easily by this way but at last he didn't asked any more proof to show our relationship he just issued to me 221G white slip and saying "we need PCC only to process your visa request". I submitted PCC, 221G slip and My passport to them on 23rd April. Still we are waiting and almost we both are checking our status 3 to 4 times in a day still status under AP. Do u think is there any problem with our case or will I get my visa becoz he didn't asked to prove more my relationship. We both are very worried but can't assume anything until embassy will say somethiNg wrong about our case. Second I have my B1/B2 visa so what next step Will I do if anything worst happen Please advice. Thank you in advance.
