The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Hi Ive been following your posts for a while but I havent comented. I recieved NOA1 on may 21 still no news of NOA2. I currently live with my wife in Mexico city, we had to apply in the us because my wife has been in mexico as a tourist not as a resident. Do you know if there is anyway to find information while we are in Mexico City? I know I cant make an info pass appointment here but I dont know if there is any other way to find some info on my I-130.
Thanks

No way to know. If the US Consilate believes you illegally moved to the US, your visa could be revoked.
I think I phrased my question incorrectly.
What I want to know, is. If my i-130 gets approved can I go to the US on my tourist visa and request a AOS from b1/b2 to green card and finish my process in the US?

Approval of the I-130 is only the first step. Approval alone does not give you any rights to "move" to the US.
If you try to cross the border with your belongs, you will be refused entry.
With an approved I-130 and a valid B-2 visa, you can visit the US but you can't move here.
You need an immigration visa to move to the US.
Is it likely that my visa could get denied at the interview in ciudad juarez?

Hi my wife is a USC my I-130 has been accepted and I am hoping it will be approved soon.
We currently live in Mexico. I was hoping on moving with my b1/b2 tourist visa, as soon as my i-130 is approved and wait there for the interview at ciudad juarez? I have always entered the US legally I dont have any overstays and have never been deported or been in trouble with the law.
Is it a good Idea to move or should I wait untill after the interview? Could I be denied at the interview?
Thanks

You just have to keep dialing you will eventually get a machine, then be on hold for about 40 minutes than get an answer you don't want to hear haha.
I called today, I got a woman who told me that my application which was set from the nebraska service center on march 20 arrived at NVC on april 8 and i still have to wait 30 days from april 8th for them to enter the info in the computer and generate a number for me.
