Hello all. Just want to ask if i should be honest in answering bout my profession? Should i be affirmative that i am recently working as a nurse? And after marriage i also intend to work as a nurse in Us? This also goes in anwering my ds-156 and ds 230 form. Im just preparing for my upcoming interview this july and i wonder if ever il answer them honestly i will get denied.

I am a nurse and I just had my Immigration interview last June 13th. Everything went well, I even told the consul that I am planning to take a state board when I get there.

Did you complete CFO early or still need to complete that seminar and get the sticker?

I attended the seminar before the interview but I still have to go back when I get my visa to have a sticker from them.

Nope, I was in CSC. The petition got approve Last May 9th But I had my interview at US Embassy Manila yesterday and got approved

Ok! June 11th at 7:30AM in Manila!! I've decided to head over and accompany her to the interview. Here's my dilimna: My girl is flying up to Manila tomorrow to get to St. Luke's on Friday for the medical. She informed me yesterday that her monthly visitor has arrived. (You know...that woman thing.) I guess that may be an issue at the medical? I'd hate to postpone this this late in the game.

Any advice??

Question about Birth certificate and Cenomar:
My mother's name in my birth certificate is Christie which is suppose to be Christine like what is written in my Cenomar. Do you think US Embassy Manila Philippines will accept affidavit of amendment for that? Response will be highly appreciated Thank you everyone

Oh I don't think I still have to call CSC, I have been approved since MAy 9 and I am very happy but not that happy for the others who are still waiting. You might feel glad for now because of January and February approvals and you just feel that yours might come very soon, but if not I'll check every post you make to see how frustrated and disappointed you are.

I know how you feel and what might others think of you because of what you have said but I think you are right, Some might don't understand what we ( July-October filers) are going through. Most of the last year's filers are still waiting for approval and it sucks knowing that they are processing January and February filers already I can't be hypocrite and say that living far away from my love one is not an issue for me,It will always be an issue if you really love someone and I can see that most of the members here have the same issue.
