I suggest that you pray first then get in touch with your Congress man. It works, it did for me. After almost 8 months I had it. I got in touch with the congressman in my area. After not even 2 weeks they responded. It was a positive one.

Did you wait for the letter from the consulate to prepare the papers? The package 3 and all they ask in the site is send to them?

MY LOVe is finally coming to the US!!!!! Just want to encourage you all the wait is worth it... June31 it will be 8 months for the whole process for us! Just keep waiting and it will work out! Jesus has been our Strength and there is something so beautiful about waiting for each other, a pain that is so deep but also so beautiful that a lot of couples never have to experience! any COLLEGE students who are afraid of not being approved due to money... don't fear!!!! I had this SMALL part time job and my dad came as my Co-Sponsor for I134 and we were approved!!!! That was one of my biggest fears of it being denied. Thank you so much for everything VJ!!!!!!

I've called three times (1 800-375-5283) and I got an answering machine. How do I get in touch with a Tier 1? All the answering machine said was "please enter your receipt number" and when I did it says, "you did not enter enough numbers". So I just hung up. I'm so confused.

I called them today and spoke to Tier 1, after 15 minutes of wait. When you call the 800 number I touch the number 2 which is the one when you do not have the receipt number at hand or you lost. Of course I had, but when I touch the 2 I spoke to them, then they connect me to Tier 1, the immigration officer.

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!! I can't explain the joy the I have now. I was at work when I got the news that my petition has been approve. I shouted, jumpped and cried for joy. I am beyond excited. I'm praying that all of you that are still waiting on you NOA2 gets your approval soon. Thank you Visa Journey family.

I already did. They transfer me to UCIS but they were not available. Then I tried later and of course stay on hold for about 15 minutes then it was already 6:15, office close. Is it normal? Anyone have that same problem? I hope is not a denial. Any thoughts or experience?

I have apply for my fiancee visa November 2012 and have not receive yet a answer. I checked my case status and it says it is not available. Is it normal? Is the site reliable?
