September will make one year for us. They put him in AP, didn't tell us why and now we are waiting since June 4th. They told me even if I did not need a cosponsor he still needed AP. Weird, but anyway, with embassies you never know.

We filed our K1 petition August 2012 and my fiance's visa has finally made it to the consulate in his country!!!! We are waiting for him to receive the package telling him what else is needed and his interview date. This has been the longest process ever, but worth it all to finally be forever with the love of my life! Any words of wisdom, advice, or encouragement are extremely welcome, but above all, please keep us in your prayers that the Lord will guide the rest of this journey for us and bring us together soon.

We applied in August 2012, and we still haven't gotten a clear answer! After 9 months of waiting we got an RFE. Apparently we didn't send in enough evidence, so we sent them quite a lot back. Now, 10 1/2 months in, we got ANOTHER RFE. I am not sure why this is happening. We have had many people email the senator for my fiance's area, but we haven't heard back yet. Am I alone in all of this? What should I even do? The stress is killing me.

I am an August 20, 2012 filer. Hang in there!!!! We received a RFE only once, but they sent most of it back to me and I had to wait and additional two months before hearing anything!! The visa was finally approved in May, but we are still waiting for my fiance's interview. This wait is so horrible at each step of this process, but hang in there!!! Hopefully we will both be with our loves very very soon!!!

still waiting for no2 since they recieved my Rfe reply march 5th. Its been over 60 days!! I called and put in a service request.. still nothing. I dont need many people that are watiing as long as I have for a no2 for rfe reply. So stressed and starting to worry. Whats going on? Vermont is my service center.

Same EXACT boat!!!! They received our RFE on mar 4,2012 and a service request was put in place last Friday. I received a letter letter me know that the VSC received my request and my case will still be in process. Have you received anything else since???

Lately ive been so depressed ! And Iam going thru a lot with my relationship, i came back from vacation with a blessing from God in my belly, and today i lost my baby it was amazing feelig you inside of me and my fiancee is crying and i am! I just wanna be with him right now so he can just kiss me amd tell me everything will be okay. But unfortuanatly its not happening any soon, he wants to buy me a flight but we cant afford it right now specially its summer time ! :,(

I definitely agree. My fiancé and I have been waiting on VSC right at nine months with no answers. We are just having to stay encouraged that something will happen soon and try not to go crazy as we see the months keep passing by.
