I disagree. Vermont just started processing and some OCtober people are getting NOA2. California is ahead of the pack. IMO we will see November NOA2's by this time next month.

I managed to escape most of the winter craziness here by running to DC/Germany.. -47 is crazy though, we usually max out at -40ish. By the way, is it just me, or do other Canadian's also skip the "negative" when speaking about temperature? I always assume it's negative so I never say it and my international friends always get confused

That's very true. I just hope they have a plan, because they've been doing so few applications up 'til now and it worries me how they'll handle the boatload of I-130's they'll have to adjudicate soon. *fingers crossed*

I don't know what happened. Once transfers were coming, approvals started coming in, the fight seems to have tapered off.

This winter we got down to minus 47 some mornings. I can't wait to get the heck out ta here.

hi, im just new here. I just want to know if what is the best way to apply, a fiancee visa or a spouse visa. And what is the difference of the two?

Fiance visa: once approved, your significant other can come to the US for must get married in 90 days and complete the process in the US.

Spouse Visa: Foreign spouse must wait abroad and once petition is approved, goes through NVC and attends exit interview at respective consulate/embassy. When spouse reaches POE, he/she will be cleared to work, etc.

We follow the October thread too. :-)

I found it lol. So I counted all months up to page 28 where it hits 2010. I did 2013 and this is what I found, minus the transfers:

July is 0, Aug is 0, Sept. Had 3, October has 21, November has 39 and December has 44. Remember thisiisn't transfers. A lot of filers in December! I didn't count approvals either.

How do I get Nebraska filters? I set it to i130 and ir1 visa but no Nebraska in drop down menu. :-)

April 5 2013 as of December 31 2013. They can not still be on April.
