My petition was returned for the form being outdated, on my other documents there are numbers running accross the bottom of the documents, put there by uscis. I have the updated I-129f form filled out. Should i just return the rest of the package with the numbers on the bottom or resubmit new documents. All other form are up to date i have checked.

Has anyone heard that recently more ki visa have been being denied than previously. Yesterday I spoke to a lawyer who told me that immigration officials are upset with current bills in congress concerning immigration reform and have been looking for more reasons to deny a visa. I also spoke to a woman at catholic charities who helps people fill out forms, say that she has noticed an increase in denials of K1 visas.

I am filing a 129f for my fiance. I have previoulsy been married to a woman for whom i submitted and 1-130, but the marriage ended almost ten years ago. I am stil on speaking terms with her and called her to see if she has any of the information as i do not have any. She told me that she does not, all i have is her A# and i could just put down the month of the filing i can get that form my passport entries and exits. I am wondering if anyone has had problems with not knowing the exact dates of previous paperwork, or of marriages. We were also married twice, once in the us and once abroad. Long story but we ended up going to the embassy in her country and getting married and doing all of the paper work over there. I also do not have the exact dates of our marriage overseas. I can try a freedom of information act request but i think that it could take a long time. Anyone who has experienced problems with dates, or success in giving only a month or range of time on the forms, please respond. I am not sure what to do about this matter.
