Hi, I'm getting married in the court June 3rd and planning to submit AOS paperwork asap. Here are my situation
ME: F-1 holder, I am graduating in December from college with nursing degree which is located in Belton, TX. I currently hold a PRN job at the local hospital under CPT.
Husband: U.S. citizen, Just graduated from university with a bachelor but going to attend school in Dallas, TX(3 hours away from where I am) starting this august for Master's school. currently hold internship job.
Sponsors 1 (My host dad- from foreign exchange student program, he is not legal guardian or parent but has been paying for phone/car insurance etc) : U.S. citizen, divorced(but paying for wife's expenses d/t her disability), hold a stable job, income is more than above the required level for AOS. Lives 8 hours away from me.
Sponsor 2 (Husband's dad - U.S. Citizen, he is a teacher, divorced, hold a stable job, income is more than above the required level for AOS.
1. Although our legal marraige is June 3rd, we are having a ceremony on August 3rd where family and friends will come and join us. How can I note that on the paperwork?
2. So, Starting August, I will be living with my father in law and mother in law (they live together but divorced) which is closer to school till December when I graduate. and My husband will be living in Dallas, TX going to school. Would this be a problem ? and how would I note that on the forms?
3. Who fills out I-864? and who fills out I-864A? I am very confused about that.
4. When I am filing concurrently, what do I put for A #? I am assuming I leave it blank
Any suggestions?
Thank you so much for reading this.... !

Hi, I'm on a student visa (F-1) and here legally. We have been dating for 4 years now. Our wedding date is set at 8-3-13. and I am supposed to graduate in december. I was thinking i would get married at the court early and then have ceremony in August so that I will have all my paper work submitted before school starts. Do you guys think this is a good idea or not? (There is no way i can make the ceremony earlier just FYI).. I am new to this website and it seems like a great website to get a lot of information. Thank you so much reading ! I also live in Texas. (I checked timeline for TX and it was around 4 months...)

had my interview at San Antonio, TX. We had very nice guy. The interview lasted maybe 10 minutes. I was expecting hard questions due to us being young and do not live together atm. He asked few facts about the living situations and that was it. He told me i was approved on the spot. Online status states Card in production !
Wonderful !
