Hi Vjourners!
I mailed NVC to inquire. I was replied with my case number and Invoice ID number. Also had this in the mail "
This petition is now eligible for further processing. The petitioner, principal applicant, and/or attorney of record will receive an instruction package regarding further processing of this petition." Do i need to wait for any further document/instruction before i can make online payment for Immigrant fee and AOS fee? Thanks for your helpful response.

I think they need a current tax as 2010 may no longer be valid. I would advise that your wife make the tax file and get a joint sponsor if you can get one. Each of these officials has the prerogative to ask you for different evidences as they think is/are necessary. You have waited for a long time and save yourself the disappointment by complying to their request if you can. All the best

Thanks for your immediate response Dwheels76. If I give it a try and eventually do not get the student visa. Would the denial affect my I-130 or it would not ?

Vjers need some help. Got an RFE and already responded. I intend applying for a two year academic program in the States while i await the final approval of i-130 and visa issuance so that i can return to the states with my family as they are tired of my home country. Is this a good step to take? Will it affect me in any way? Your response will be appreciated.

Appreciate your view too Justojai.

Help Vjourners! My wife and baby now with me in my home country and not willing to return to the states until visa is issued.
Nebraska sent for an RFE to resubmit form G-325a ( she did not fill all the aspect of the form since she is the beneficiary as instructed on the form).
Can we scan the filled form and ask her sister to print for submission? Would this document be acceptable? or is it compulsory to mail the original filled form?
considering the high charges of sending a single form. Also, we now have my baby's birth certificate, would it be advisable to submit its photocopy to also serve as a proof of relationship? (though it was not requested for? Thanks in anticipation for your reliable help.

Filed May 2013,transferred to Nebraska in Dec 2013, received an RFE on 24th Feb 2014. Am sure you will have a change in status any moment soon.

FIlipinos applications are expedited either you are affected or not. With what have seen, it takes an average of 3 months for Approval but final decision as to process time still lies with USCIS. Best of luck

My wife(USC) received an RFE of Form G-325A on 24th Feb. Now have a copy of the form but has so many unclear items which I need
your help.Here are my questions:
Whose details goes into row 1 of the form G-325A ? (Petitioner or beneficiary)
Whose details goes into row 3 of the form G-325A ? (Petitioner or beneficiary)
Whose details goes into row 4 of the form G-325A ? (Petitioner or beneficiary)
To whom does "Applicant" refers? (Petitioner or beneficiary)
To whom does "Last occupation abroad if not shown above" refers ? (Petitioner or beneficiary)
Has anyone had this RFE and how was it treated? What outcome was received and what duration before approval.
Thanks for your support.

If you have a Joint sponsor, your huby returning to meet you in Austalia wouldnt pose any problem. I would advice that you do your paper work at
the US embassy in Australia (Direct Consular Filing). DCF takes a short time to process your immigration unlike filing in the US.
Best of luck

She would be given B2 Visa since she has proof that she would surely return back to Moscow i.e her real Estate. Also you need to follow instructions
carefully while applying for the visa. All the best

If she has the intention of staying away from US for about 6 months or more, its advisable to notify USCIS on her change of address to where
she currently resides. This will also give USCIS not reasons to believe you are genuinely married and not for immigration purpose.
Preparing my interview documents, please take a look

You are good to go. You are required to fill DS 230 although you may not be asked to submit it but be on a safe side. Just got my visa approval on Thursday during which only original Marriage certificate and pictures before, during and after marriage was requested for. Pray to God to see you through
