My wife and daughter got their visa yesterday, in Kiev US embassy and thank you Visa Journey. You guys and girls have been helped me more than my lawyer:)

About of interview; when we met? Where do I work? How long I have been working in USA? Where I do live and address? and couple of more quick questions.

If anybody need more info about of kiev-us embassy I would like ready to provide more info....

Interview appointment letters clearly mentioned that thin transparent folders..

Can anyone who had interview in Kiev, what you guys did?

Transparent thin, mean, outside can not be hard plastic and we should able to see documents from outside ?

Yes, at the end lawyer told me, it was sent 22nd of aug and no body picked up from nvc and usps kept in there 2 weeks then sent back him...today arrived envelope arrived nvc but idiot lawyer forgot to add my last pay stub...I wanna squash him:) but im stil happy, can u imagine docs got lost:) hopefully I will ask help from congressman again:) if he wasn't helped me my application would be still in uscis...I hope u would get good news soon...

First I thought due to high volume of documents maybe, but I notice many people sent after me, and already in their system

My documents was sent to NVC 23rd of Aug but still have not seen their system yet, any of you guys having similar situation. It is taking that much time?

if you got baby before i130 approval, just wait till getting NVC case number, and when you get Visa number, call them and update them as you got a new member Then send by email baby's birth certificate scan copy ( if you work with lawyer) otherwise by mail....Pay your wife's 230 and your 864...

Included baby info NVC documentation birth certificteetc..., and also prepare ds230 for baby as well, and 864 should be filled with in baby info as well .. Then They will require ds230 payment for baby too. I864 paying only once...That's it...

I got NO2 and after paid NVC and now finally will send out required documents, I spokw with lawyer and he told me no need to send supportive documents to NVC, only requried civil document...No picture, no skype logs, etc...

Please advise !!!

one other good news from me. case approved. pd was dec 5 2011. i think it is because of congress man!!! they helped me alot and fix all the problems...

i just received an update and it was written my alien registration number was updated !! is it related with i130? thanks ...

####### !!! uscis stoped approve 2011 filler and now they're working on 2012 fillers!! they don't make any sense.. we are current but no approval yet..

Actually, you are right, as many 2011 cases waiting noa2,they keep approving 2012. I called and asked 2 times how it is possible as your processing date is stated by Nov 15 2011. They told me,they can not talk, and " might be higher priority" that mean " influence"-Kisaca adamanin varsa burdada isler hizli isliyormus, ben cok sonra farkina vardim. Mumkunse senin oturdugun yerdeki congressmen'den sorgulamasini iste, ve arayip icten konus,sanirim cok faydasi oluyor. Ben o sekilde konustum ve sozde bu hafta yada haftaya sonuc gelmesi lazim..

Has anyone ever sent a service request to uscis and got a email saying case currently adjucating you'll receive noa in 30 days?

Yes, I got similar return when I asked for help from congress man.USCIS replied" you should expect to notice with in 3-4 weeks time". Actually, it was on 7th June. So I'm expecting result soon But looks like since CSC busy with 2012 files they don't have time for 2011.

How do you know you were cheated? While I was speaking with USCIS agents What I understood,the country of beneficiary is important. If country at last developed, and government offices are working well,time frame is almost similar for those countries.I think I-130 time frame depending on that, But very rarely some of applications are approved by randomly I believe. I don't think so there is something wrong....Good Luck and as Budda told "The greatest prayer is patience".

I do understood your frustration, but keep your faith strong and think more positive. All will be good, and if your PD date it earlier than others, you will get interview earlier than them.

Thank you for reply. Actually I spoke with lawyer and he advised me to submit originals. If you got married in Ukraine also better to submit original marriage certificate( need translate unless got marriage in ukraine), and just birth certificate, police report, and marriage certificate.

Actually when I talked with lawyer felt more comfortable.Because he told me no need to submit many picture as well as all Skype conversations,etc..He told me, visit and passport stamps are important, do not worry about of marriage rings receipt:) etc...

Actually i do agree with him, Because i got marriage for our self not for USCIS or NVC:)

I would like to ask couple of questions about of copy of civil and other documents. And if some folks answer who have been completed I-130 process and interview in Ukraine/Kiev US embassy, would be great.

My first question is about of Civil documents and copies . What does mean certified copy for US Embassy in Kiev? I mean how did you guys submit civil documents and how did you make copy of them ( Birth certificate, marriage certificate,etc ) and same for rest of documents, how did you get copies?

Second question is, about of police report, and is there any name of this report, how does it called? IP-1 ? My wife asked and local office told her that, it is valid only a month:)

Hi All,

I listened up your advise and contacted with house of representetive of my state. Contacted with them last Thursday, and got letter today:)

"The I130 petition you are inquiring about is currently with an adjudications officer for review. Your constituent should receive a *notice of action with in 3-4 weeks.

*A notice of action may be in a form of a request for evidence, Approval Notice, Denial Notice, Transfer Notice, Notice of Intent to Deny or Notice of Intent to Revoke."

And he told me, unless received any notice by mid of july, let him know, and one other inquiry will be made.

with in this apportunity i would like to ask few questions. If I want to ask a questions about of progress, or documents, etc...should I ask a single question or can I ask couple of questions together. Since time will come up more earlier than my execption better start preparing documents

If Im not wrong, baby must be on mother's passport. She should not have her on passport. Why you did not call USCIS?

Call embassy and add your baby in interview. Picture, born certificate and forms. And all would be good.
