What all do we need when going for bio metrics appointment.

do we need to take our green card?

my file was received by CSC on may 9th and still waiting for bio-metrics letter

USCIS has made so difficult to talk to customer service

since most of the options dont have have the option to speak to customer service

hopefully this help some one

call 800-375-5283. To bypass all the long menu prompts, press 1-1-2-1-1-1 when you hear their greeting and you will get sent to a live person

the customer service opened a service request since he said he does not have access to my file for bio metrics date

when iam free from my office, i will try to call and speak to a tier 2 customer service

(can some one conform if he will have access)

service request will take 15 days lol

by then i might miss my bio metrics

from my experience, i applied for new USA passport . but when i tried to apply India tourist visa on USA passport, Indian embassy asked for my India passport and stamped all over saying expired

u would be be able to keep both passport but its illegal, but sooner or later when u apply for tourist visa from Indian embassy they will verify to check if the old passport has been cancelled yet or not.

are u asking about the questions that is asking for current income

If yes, i would put the new job but x12 months , u want the yearly total income

I am also curious about this, we just completed DS260 Saturday so we are thinking interview will be june/july and we are also Mumbai Consulate so please share your experience too!

Yes i created a profile and never got the error, maybe they might have site issues over the weekend,

wait till Monday hopefully the error clears up if not then maybe call them

Medical; my wife called Appollo and she made a appointment over the phone

and for fingerprinting i made a profile and yes u will need a profile to schedule fingerprinting.

I don't understand why it's saying that I have 2 IV fees I need to pay. I'm only petitioning my husband. And on the DS 260 form it's saying that I need to complete one for my son as well. I don't understand. I'm not petitioning my son since he's already a US Citizen. Is this something I should worry about?

One is to pay fees and other one at bottom is to fill form ds260

I just completed filling i864, I filled all items either or with N/A or none

But could not fill the redundant "date of birth" blocks. Had to leave those blank.

Hope that won't be an issue. And I won't get a check list for leaving them blank.

Wow I just spoke to Casey, she told me to wait 30 business days for case number ..crappp @#$

But the funny thing is she tried to explain me that 30 business days means : starts on March 11th and ends on April 11th ....

I am puzzled; don't they teach these kids what it means : business days?

fill that form on passport seva office and once payment done

you will have the option to pick dates to bring all your paper work to their office. (if all paper work ok they will issue PCC right away

make sure to get 2 copies.

They gave my wife a ridicules date like 2 months away

we ended up getting a travel agent and he got us the PCC with in a week.
