Thanks Vish and Prach, yes they issue the packet to IR-1 and CR-1 and F2A too. I hope I shall get it by end of this month

Hello Hussain, you may contact me by PM. Hmm has your update date changed? Mine has changed to current date with AP, I think it's just that what others have said printing, mailing etc also is counted as AP, so I think it's that as date has changed since interview.

Thanks a lot Janice and Mabuhay. This helps me a lot indeed but some say that Pakistani males have to go through the AP, but for all those I read they were given some kind of sheet and told that "Your case looks fine so far but there is mandatory admin. processing that we need to do. So expect a reply from us in a month. So I think you guys are correct.

I had interview in Islamabad embassy on 12/23/2013, the consular officer didn't give any form 221g and said Congratulations! Your case is approved, you will receive passport with visa and packet in 7-10 days.
When I got home and checked status on CEAC, it was showing today's date with status as Administrative Processing with detailed part as follows:
Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. Please follow any instructions provided by the Consular Officer at the time of your interview. If further information is needed, you will be contacted. If your visa application is approved, it will be processed and mailed/available within two business days. Under the U.S. Immigration and Nationality Act, Immigrant Visas for "Diversity Visas" cannot be issued after September 30th of the year in which you were selected to apply for a Diversity Visa. For example, entrants into the Diversity Visa Program in Fall of 2011 were selected for Diversity Visa 2012 Program, and selectees MUST apply and receive their visa prior to September 30, 2012 otherwise they lose eligibility to receive a Diversity Immigrant Visa, regardless of additional administrative processing. In addition, please note that some immigrant visas may not be able to be issued if the annual numerical limit for that category has been reached.
Please tell me if it is to get worried about? Why is it showing on ceac website as in AP when CO approved the case and returned my original documents? Thanks in advance. Seriously very stressed out at the moment.

25 March 2011? Mine is 12/08/2011, should I expect a decision in 40-50 days as i replied request for initial evidence, they replied it is under review and will be given a decision in 60 days. Do they really decide in 60 days or take longer?

Congrats all who have got approved petitions. I hope in next visa bulletin my PD will become current
-
If by "PD" you mean post date (the date that we sent our I-130 application). Its all noted down on my timeline!
Hi again
I mean what was your priority date (PD)? That way I can guess when my petition is going to get a decision. I can't see your PD there, just date of approval of the perition.
Thanks in advance.

First of all congratulations, do you mind telling your PD, just roughly month. My PD is Aug, 2011. Dunno when they are going to approve my petition. I have replied to their Initial request of evidence, and now they are reviewing, can you tell how long are they going to take to decide it?

Congratulations! Your visa is approved but CEAC: Administrative Processing
