My visa status changed to issued yesterday.

Looking at this list everything is there. what you submitted to NVC they forward to embassy.

However if you have any updates to I-864 you need to bring updated forms. Some people didn't submit 2013 yet you would have to have that also in hand. Other than that you have everything.

If you follow the codes there are for everything you see everything is there and sent to embassy or not needed.

The Code C of the correspondence of course is the iterview letter and you need the confirmation page of the DS-260.

My interview is next week Monday at 7"30 am I am going over the interview letter for the million times. Here is my list of requirements can someone that have already had their interview just tell me what for sure I need to take with me. By the way my mother is filing for me. Thanks.

Did they actually tell you that your case is completed? If they did then you should call NVC for an update.

Thanks, i just made the medical appointment for August 20th.

Received IL after 5pm today appointment is on September 15th at 7:30am.

I just got off the phone with NVC and while she was not able to give me an appointment date she was able to tell me that the scheduling for September is almost finish so I am looking at early October for my interview. This is better than nothing.

All i am saying this does not look good usually by the 10th of the month the bulletin would be out not even that did not come out as yet. Waiting when you are close to the end is usually the hardest.

I am wondering where we will fall look at these movements in the past

2010 August - September 5 months

2011 August - September no movement

2012 August - September 2 months

2013 August - September 14 days

What's your guess for this movement?

But even so my priority date is April 23rd, just one day away from the current cut off date and I still have not received my letter. I called them twice since this month started and they have no news so I am wondering if its leaning more towards no movement.

Well I called this morning and I got to speak to a representative, they don't have an interview date for me because they did not received the information from Jamaica. I thought that I would be slick and try calling back and got another representative and I got the same response. This is weird I believe its the first month that no one has reported to have received interview letter by the 2nd of the month.

This does not look good to me I have a bad feeling about this delay.

I can't seem to get through on the telephone if anyone has a number that they have been successful on please share. Thanks.

This delay is really affecting us nothing so far.

Usually people start getting interview letters as early as the 25th of the month what is going on this month the silence is deafening.

I think I am up next but nothing as yet I will update the board as soon as I get my letter.

Ok I was not informed to complete the form however when I checked the website it has it as a requirement that was incomplete. I have since completed the form now its saying completed. See below.

Ok, my application was completed back in 2011 and at the time a paper DS-230 was submitted so I did not know that I needed to complete the new DS-260. I happen to wrote to NVC and they gave me the generic response however at the bottom of this response they provided me with my case number and invoice number. After searching around online I logged in using my case number and invoice number and saw that the system is showing the DS-260 as incomplete.

I completed the form this morning but following the instructions its asking me to provide pictures, birth certificate, passport pages etc., these are all documents that were submitted prior and back in 2011 was told that the case is complete just waiting on visa priority date. Also the confirmation page showing my category as F2B which would make my status current instead of the F1 that I was converted to after my mother became a citizen.

I hope this is not too confusing but I am asking do I need to submit these documents again or can I wait until I am called at the embassy in Kingston and take them in with me?

I guess so I only hope that because that will be the last bulletin for their fiscal year they actually make a big move that would be great for all the others behind me.

Visa bulletin is out April 22nd so I know for sure that I will get call next bulletin. Still not as bad as I predicted.

No news as yet so it might be cutting off on the 8th or the 15th.

If you didn't receive an IL does it mean that this month's movement will be less than 23 days?

Can't say for sure but Elsie received her letter and she is April 6th so maybe 2 weeks movement but there was no one else on the board with dates between us. If anyone saw a later date on any other sites out there please share that will help us to better predict our faith.

Is there anyone else out there with a priority date prior to my date of April 23rd? Also the discussion board need some much needed activity to keep hope alive so if anyone has anything at all to post please do so. It's depressing when there is no activity. Thanks.
