So my wife's interview is scheduled for september 16th at New Delhi Embassy. I am planning on going to India as well. Anyone here knows how long it will take to get passport back if i pick up at New Delhi pick up location. Thank you

Today i Received checklist for DS-230. USPS delivered my application on june 17th 2013. Why they send me checklist after 16 business days. THanks

still waiting for IV approval. Received by NVC on 6/17/13. Any idea guys when i will get my case complete. thanks in advance

Just got off the phone with NVC, AOS approved and now waiting on IV application to be approved which was received on june 17th.

NVC received my AOS on june 14th and my IV on june 17th. MY question do they review document first and then load in their system or first they put in system then review. I just called NVC, lady asked if i sent in my document, its 2 weeks now. Please reply if anyone knows about it. THanks

i made payment for IV june 12th and bank cleared it June 13th. Still on payment portal it shows as not paid. NVC already has my case since monday. Is that going to be a problem.

So i Sent by iv package through priority mail on thrusday and today i checked the status this is what it said "We attempted to deliver your item at 11:47 am on June 15, 2013 in PORTSMOUTH, NH 03801 and a notice was left because the business was closed. You may arrange redelivery by calling 800-ASK-USPS, or may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice. If this item is unclaimed after 15 days then it will be returned to the sender". So as you guys know NVC is not going to pick it up. What are my options. Can i call USPS to deliver it tomorrow or now i have to wait for 15 days so they can return my package. This really sucks i didn't know the office mail service is unavailable on saturday. If anyone had the same problem please reply. will usps try to deliver it tomorrow or they really going to send me back the package.

No. if you want to know if accepted you must call. You will get a case complete email and the interview email. Thats it.

Hi Guys

Preparing myself to send the i-864 paper i have some questions

1040 tax papers do i staple 3 years of form together or separately and write case number on top of them or separately on each form

do i send copy of my citizenship ceritificate.

Also rest of the stuff that we send do i have put case number on top of all of them

Do i staples everything together.
