An update! I spoke with a supervisor with USCIS and she told me my packet will be sent to the NVC today. Persistance seemed to help. I hope all goes well for everyone!

We received approval on our I-129F on May 9th. I received my I-797 letter a few days later. After 2 weeks I called the NVC to see if they have received our documents. They did not. The NVC instructed me to scan a copy of my I-797 and email it to the research department. I sent the email and called a week later and I was told that no time limit would be set for researching my lost documents. It is first come first serve. The NVC could not tell me how long it would take. Maybe 4-6 more months! Has anyone been through this before? Any suggestions on what I can do to get this done faster?

We received our approval letter for our I-129F on May 9th. I called the NVC today and they have not received any information or documents from the CSC. The NVC instructed me to scan and send them my approval letter in an email. Is this common? Does this mean there could be a problem?

We received our NOA2 I-129F approved on 05/09/2013. Yippie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My I129F was received in the CSC on 11/19/2012. I see that some I29F petitions that were received at CSC after mine have already been approved. I thought these were processed in the order they were received. Why would this happen?
