Hi. Starting off have you ever wondered why she is moving around alot? Moving around might cause problems because she cannot establish a permanent residence. One of the things she will need is permission from parents to be married. You could use a relative address for that, but to me thats a red flag moving around alot. I would be asking the whys.

What kind of work does she do in Korea?

Thats your receipt number. You will be assigned a case number after you have your NOA2

At what point does the passport required? Just at the interview and the medical? Rose's daughter doesn't have the passport yet and I am wondering if we can do the same thing....pay visa fees and then schedule the interview while waiting on the passport for her daughter. Advice?

October 22, California Service Center. Not received as of today.

I really think the key here is that what was said was "copy" of the I-134. Not another different filled document. Use the same one as the mother as long as the children are listed as such on the correct lines on the form. Copy is required as per explained treating them as individual visas. Was clear to me as explained.

Separate visa fees yes. Not sure about interview times. I think I read that you must get interview dates for the kids, but the actual interview for them are done at the same time when your fiance has hers.

If you are in the Philippines, you can go to a place to have your passport photo taken and send the digital to your fiance. He can then print it at Walgreens or place like that. Easy to do.

Is there a pattern here? I am assuming there is no interviews done on a Friday? Its no big deal to me, just an observation.

Best thing for your to do is talk to a recruiter. They will be able to tell you the requirements. There should be a recruiter close to where you live.

Please be patient. We have not gotten our NOA2 yet. But i can tell you that NVC assigns numbers by the priority dates. If you got an early approval, that doesn't mean your package will fly to the NVC that quick and assign number.

Im really sorry to hear that. But as usual, the saying "dont do drugs" fits here. Something illegal caught up to immigration. I'm not judging, just saying that if you really want something such as this then clean up to get through the process.

Umm I dont believe that fiance is not considered a immediate relative. That to me implies that you have brother or sister or parent or child in USA already.
Just my .02 cents worth

It usually one or two weeks and sent to you by mail. Some places like Las Vegas will give you a certificate right after you are married.

My dear. Hire a lawyer in you state of residence there in USA then allow the lawyer to file for you. If starting over is your wish, then this is the best way in myopinion. I wish you the very best in your situation and keep your head up. You are not the first to see this happen. Easy process really. God bless you

FIle a restraining order against her. Then it becomes a legal issue for her about harassment.

I really can't understand why you would even ask. I can speak for myself I am dedicated to the one and only one that I am in love with. I don't need anyone else. "Variety"? Where are you in a grocery store? Utterly BS in my opinion. Having that attitude will not allow your marriage to last if you even will have one. And....to answer your question... this is not "typical"

I agree with the advice here as everyone does. But I just want to add that an annulment does not cost that much. It does cost quite a bit, but not as much as said here. Annulments typically cost around 5 to 8000.00 dollars. Around 300,000 pesos. Just thought I would chime in and give my .02 worth.

Thanks for your opinion...but who made you the king of decision making...you think it's "stupid"? haha
That's a moronic statement....
I want it moved up...if it's possible why do you give a #######?
If there are openings....I want an earlier one
You got some pair of kuhunas to tell someone it's stupid to want their interview moved up if possible
By your picture, you are old....too bad your maturity level did not follow suit
Hmm, Nice reply. Yes I am probably older. But I am much wiser.

Here the link where u can get it online takes only 3 days http://nso.citizenservices.com.ph/cenomar
If anything, she will get a 221g and you will have to come back to show the CENOMAR. My fiance just replied here and forgot to address that. But should only take 3 days processing. I have read that some wait for it on same day. But know nothing more about that. Good luck.
