    DOS offers better service than NVC last week i called the NVC daily and they told me the same thing call back in eight weeks blah blah blah i even tried the spanish line and it was worse yesterday my great friend charo told me try DoS well i called the waiting was shorter and the representive was very nice and polite he told me the NVC received my case last week and he gave me my case # :-*

    My dear friends, i fly out to DR on Saturday!! Llego el Sabado y la cita ya es el Lunes!! so many emotions all at once :/ y ahora con este huracan being at the edge of Miami para el sabado que es por donde sale mi vuelo!! ugh doble nervios!!!
