hi, sorry, im new to these types of forums. I am trying to get help with filing the i-864 form as a petitioner with a joint sponsor. I am trying to find info in the forum and I tried using the google search bar in the top right, but im wasting lots of time sifting through irrelevant info. Any body have tips for me that can help me find the info I need?

I am specifically interested in the proof requirement of the financial section as a petitioner that has a joint sponsor. I am a volunteer abroad and do not make enough, but my sponsor (non-related, and not living with me) will be helping. Do I need the last three years tax transcripts and W2s? (I wasnt required to file taxes last year)

Does it seem that NVC is taking longer than usual to receive the file from USCIS, upload it, and send out next forms?

I got my NOA2 on March 15th, they didn't receive my file until about 3 or 4 weeks after that. I called yesterday (now 8 weeks later) they said they put it into their system 9 days ago, and still I have not received anything from them. I did get my Case Number thought through the phone.

Is this normal?

I called 5 or 6 times today around 3:45pm EST to 4:30 and busy the whole time.
