i just got an update on the uscis case status web site and it says that we have approved your i130 petition on aug 28 and mailed you a notice. can anyone tell me what this means and what is next? thank you for your help in advance

i got noa2 today!! good to know that they have touched my case but its a request of evidence. will this slow down my case process? after i give them the documents needed what is next? thanks gor ur help guys.

i just called uscis a couple of hours ago and i spoke to and officer he told me that they are working on october 22 now that when they have a decision in my case they will send a notice. but i know its not october because some early and late nov 2012 fillers have gotten a reply. this is frustrating knowing that others are being approved and others that filled before or after are still waiting. but on a positive note congrats to all of u that got a noa2;)

i filled in late november 2012 i recieved the first noa but nothing since then.is this normal that i wait so long? is there anything i can do to see where my case is at other than the case status cite?

i filled in november of 2012. i got my noa1 but heard nothing else. i called several times like every week since the begining of april. is this normal? what do i do? any advice from anyone that has a case simillar to mine? my recite munber starts with msc does this mean anything. and what month are they processing now? thank u for your help in advancee and good luck to all.

thank u fir the help. i put in my recite number it says the same thing it has had for the past 5 months. i put in a my number agian and changed the ending and that pettition has been approved in april but we have the same date nov 27.. this is frustrating knowing that someone with the same date has been approved and i havent gotten any reply yet.

how do u know if ur approved or not i filled nov 27 and i still havent gotten anything other than a recite number. i called today and they said the the service center does not have processing time now. where do u go to see all the case approvals? please someone help!! im worried has anyone with the same date or closer gotten approved?

hi, i filled i 130 for my husband back in november 2012 and i havent gotten anything other than my recite number. everytime i call one of the reps tells me to wait some more. they tell me a different average processing time everytime it talk to them. should i worry? anyone know what month they are working on now? what is left if they approve my case?

I filled my petition in november 2012 i got my recite number one week later. I've been waiting for a little over 5 months. should i worry?? should i call them and ask about it?
