Hi guys, what its deferred action? Does everyone get this, with i360 approval?

ok i have filled out i-102, i485 and g325a and have print outs of i693. do i need to fill out i485 for each of my daughters?

ukcraybaby did you have an approved ESTA? if yes then you did not fill out I-94W when you entered in the United States, but if you are a VWP that arrived without an approved ESTA then you must have form I-94W(VWP travellers receive I-94W not I-94) and if you lost then you have to replace before submitting form I-765.

Ukcrybaby u are cracking me up. I'm a big cry baby too but sometime u gotta fester up the strength to face ur fears. I really font thing ull need ur i94 do u have ur past port with ur visa stamped? They just want to prove that u entered gge country legally. But as an extra precaution u canfile for a rreplacement but ur passport stamped is OK Caz u from Britain I don't think u used a visa to entire the country Caz ur country has waivers. File i485 with i765 and get ur green card and get the process over with. Email Sandra and look up things online. Print out a copy of both farms and attempt filling every part then sit with ur lawyer and tell him that's all he need to do and if he won't do it you'll do it urself and email Sandra and let her walk u through the steps of filing the forms.

ukcrybaby Did you submit form I-765 or not? if not then file I-485 along with form I-765 and if you can't pay Uscis fees then file form I-912.

no lawyer has filled it out but wants me to come in and sign it. should i send them without applying for replaceme

Should i file to replace i94 first?. believe me i am frustrated to tears right now and litterally shacking as am terrified of confrontation (irrational thoughts of arguing with lawyer)

Ok thanks sandranj. i know this sounds pathetic but i am terrified to lose my lawyer and do this alone but he obviously has no clue so i will cry tonight and tomorrow i will be a big strong girl and tell him i will do this alone. i have come this far i can go a little further :-)

Ukcrybaby I believe in order to file i765 u need to have a pending i485 and what ur lawyer men he don't got time to file aren't u paying him? It make no sense to even file only for ead when bur vawa is approved just file ur aos and get ur green card the time u take to wait on ur ead is the approximate time u could wait to get ur 10 years GC which is much better than a ead. Let me know what happen when u decide to file.

ugh i know he took my case pro bono and just last week was telling me i dont even need to file anything that my green card will just fall from the sky! If i cant file without i485 he really is confused i think he has time but doesnt know the process and is just buying time to figure it out omg im more stressed now than before!!!

It is possible that they saw it on the xray but they told me they saw nothing and sent me back to the ccounty center then two drs had a disscussion about what to do with me. one was saying it was because of the bcg and the other was saying that would have worn off after 5 years and eventually they agreed the best thing was to treat just incase. i only took the one medicine and i forget the name but i had no problems taking it.

A lil update . my lawyer called me today and said what we all knew that i need to file for EAD and i485. But he said he doesnt have time to file i485 now so we will just send for EAD. i asked in another thread if i will need to replace my i94 as i dont have it i also asked my lawyer her said probably not since i have a police report filed from when it was thrown awa. i really hope he knows whathe is doing would rather scrap up the money to replace it now than apply under pressure later.

Anyone had to get an x-ray for not passing the TB test??? I passed it a year and a half ago and now it's saying that I am not passing it so I need a chest x-ray

i also tested positive for TB and my xray was negative i had bcg in england as a teen but the dr decided to treat me for latent tb just incase. i had to take medication for 7 months and have my kidneys and liver checked monthly as the medication can cause kidney and liver damage. i now have certified state clearance that i have completed treatment and i will never be able to pass a tb test. i really hope this isnt an issue ihadnt even thought of it until i read your post :-/

hi everyone i have a quick question regarding i94 when applying to adjust. i lost my passport 4 years ago with my i94 in it, i am married to USC and have an approved i360. can i apply to adjust without a copy of my i94? or should i send in an application to replace it before filling i485? thanks.

Ukcrybaby do you have a pending I-485? if yes then Vawa Unit will ship your file to the local office and you will attend the interview,if you don't have a pending I-485 then you have to file form I-485 and submit tho.

as far as i know he only filed i360 but as of yesterday im very confused and not feeling very secure with my lawyer. im waiting on official notice in the mail and see what he says after that.

i can not file this on my own i cant understand any of these paperwork and i get too overwhelmed kinda freaking out big time. i asked him if i have to file 1485 he said with approved vawa it will come automatically omg i know this is not right but i don't want to argue with him. maybe when official notice comes in the mail it will have steps for him to follow?????.

hi donehere. i submitted 3 separate police reports and pictures of black eyes and strangulation marks also temporary PFA order also newspaper article and eye witness affidavits.

hi everyone i filed i360 in may it was received on may 29th 2012 and first prima facie was sent to me. i did not receive any RFE. my case was based on physical abuse.i received approval in just under 12 months. i spoke with my lawyer today and he told me i should receive green card and EAD in the mail? how is this when i485 and EAD have not been applied for no interview or nothing??? this doesn't sound right?? im very confused but he is the lawyer and he has got me this far and i trust him.

hi everyone i just wanted to share my good news. my i360 was approved on the 16th i just received notice today by email im very excited!!!!!! im on route to see my lawyer now. i hope you all get good news soon.

third prima facie received. hopefully not too much longer. trying to stay positive.

thanks sandranj. i'm going to take my lawyers advice and wait for the decision on vawa. i don't think i could handle the stress of removal proceedings on top of a denial. from what i understand he will file i 485 if we get an approval and ask for fee waiver. so far he has not mentioned any fees and i did sign some paperwork which said he would be handling my case for free. i really hope they don't send RFE because other than pictures husband has destroyed most paperwork.

Thanks emonezama. @ missymd i really hope this is not a tactic they use to get money if so he should have applied for my EAD cos my pockets are empty lol. i hope you get good news soon. its so good to actually be able to talk to ppl about this other than my lawyer who im sure is getting tired of my venting, i have had noone to talk to. im wondering if i should pressure him about my EAD and AOS?

hi everyone i'm new to this forum and i'm going out of my mind waiting for a decision on my vawa i 360 petition. i have a lawyer who is handling this for me and we filled in may 2012. we initially started preparing in jan of 2012 when my husband was in jail for beating me. my lawyer says i have a strong case and has no doubts that it will be approved but the wait is killing me! i haven't filled for AOS yet or an EAD, just cant wait to start my life. i haven't received any RFE's but i also noticed that other members that filled around the same time as me have been approved????????? am i missing something? and why would my lawyer opt to wait to file for AOS an EAD when he knows i am going out of my mind being unable to work? i appreciate any input and wish everyone the best. :-)
