  1. What a mess they have created for us to get through. I would contact your Congressman at this point. Mine was no help because the USCIS and NVC have guarded themselves with " normal processing times" so she wouldn't push for answers until I was outside those times. Your case is very different. You have waited the times that USCIS has set for themselves, so I believe your Congressman can actually help you. I would do that before filing any more forms. If my NOA2 is not here Friday I will call USCIS and then I will contact the Congressman with this situation. We are not alone, there are many here going through this also. Hang in there....

  2. JULY 10 TRANSFER FROM VSC TO TSC

JULY 28 APPROVAL ( NOA 2 SENT IN MAIL)

30 DAYS LATER, STILL NO NOA2 IN MAILBOX

USCIS REQUESTS NOA2 TO BE RESENT ( DUE BY SEPT 6 )

AUG 13 CASE SHIPPED TO NVC (NO NOTIFICATION, TOLD FROM TIER2 USCIS OFFICER)

NO NOTIFICATIONS SINCE APPROVAL ON JULY 28

SEPT 4, DOS SAYS IT TAKES 30 DAYS FROM SHIP DATE FOR NVC TO RECEIVE

    STILL NO NOA2 IN MAILBOX

    STILL NO CASE NUMBER

BOTTOM LINE: TEXAS IS A MESS !

  3. In the boat as you, as you know. I called today to just verify they had my address correct since we were also transferred to Texas..Didnt have any problems with receiving mail while in Vermont. They said they couldn't access any personal information. Then I asked to speak to a Tier 2 and they said there is no such thing as a Tier 2 ! Seriously ?? USCIS is absolutely worthless to call. I also spoke with the DOS and they even said things are taking longer than usual to receive at NVC. I was hoping to find a direct number for Texas Service Center, if anyone has that number, please post or PM me..

  4. I am depressedsad.png . Not sure if this is good or bad. I just got this email today. Any idea where it might have gone? Have any other April filers received this?

On July 10, 2013, we transferred this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) to another office for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case. We sent you a notice of this transfer. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

I just received the same notification of our case being transferred. I hope this is good news for all of us !!
