Im gonna work on my timeline today.

I send everything on the 1st april. They received it on the 3rd. My biometrics were in may 1st.

I already received my EAD. In june. And in July 10th a letter stating that my case will be delay for 6 month.

I called in december and january for servive request and received that letter this weekend. So im waiting my interview and mi greencard!

I did not put his name.

I was told that in the personal interview they will make you choose your name for the green card! So it can be issue as you decide.

In other topic somebody told me that dmv should check with uscis and no problems.

I received a letter from uscis stating that i might have a decision within 150 days. More time feel so tired of it.....

You should have brought your Marriage Certificate. My wife had no problems applying for her license except for the 3-4 day wait to verify her immigration status.

I did bring it with me. The lady didnt even look at it. Went to her supervisor and said that i had big problem for the different names on the documents. She wanted to talk to my husband but he was at work (my friend took me there).

I file my I 485 and rest in april 3rd. I havent heard anything so I did the service request and received a letter this weekend stating that I woudl should receive a decision or other notice from USCIS within 150 days of the note..... :S

I dont even know how to describe what I feel.....

And today went to have my drivers license and i couldnt. Because my ssn has my married name and the rest of my documents (including the forms for AOS) have my maiden name.... frustrating day....

I went to the ssa office and they dis my card with my married name, even though i dont have my gc yet.

Living in andi cannot get it because my name on social security card doesnt match with my passport or my employment authorization or any of the documents from the uscis that i brouhght.

Im still at the dmv sad and frustrated trying to check what to do.

Here at the dmv was told to go to the ssa and have my ssc change to my maiden name. And when the uscis change my name to married name change everything again (ssc and driver's licnese)

So be careful....

We got approved on 23th september. NOA2

We had an RFE on 29th july but it took us a while to respond, but as soon as we sent what they asked (sent on 16th sept.) it took them a week to approve us.

I received the NOA1 on the 18 march.

Transfer to Texas on July 11th.

Today we received a hard copy of REQUEST OF EVIDENCE.

So, we're gonna start working on that!!!

Our time is coming march filers!!! don't lose faith!

March NOA1 VSC. transferred July 10 to TSC. NOA2 today. Hang tight guys....... It's coming!!

It didn't tell us online, just on the hard copy. Pretty much guaranteed you're at TX though!

We're late March filers, transferred to TX last week. Hoping to hear next week, expecting an RFE as sent a UK sized passport photo instead of the stated size, and luckily I'm over here with my fiancé in San Antonio, TX until Aug 9th, so hoping we can get any RFE's turned around before I have I go back to England

How do you know where it was transfer? Ours was transfer but they didn't tell us where it is!

I was out of town, so I coudl check my case just today and found this new message:

Dymo, there have been VSC approvals for march petitioners too. . . even an April VSC petitioner that I know of (non-expedited). At times, it seems there is no chronological system to the process :-)

All of those who has been approved by now are from the California Service Center, right?
