I think I'll start keeping a log of everyone I speak to when I call USCIS. To include name and agent number. When I have called in the past I have always demanded to speak with a Tier 2 and I have always gotten transfered even though sometimes they dont want to. Hope we get our approvals soon otherwise it wont be a good time at the call center lol. So far I've been patient but now its almost time to start raising a little hell.

Personally I could care less about legals or illegals. While I dont agree with immigration laws here in the USA Im only really interested in one thing. Getting that approval and getting to be with my wife again. Its sad to see people trash talking over the internet and such...actually pathetic would be a good word for it. Thank god for skype and the internet. While I cant be with my wife I can at least see and talk to her. For the letters to the news station, I totally agree with that. I think its a good idea to bring this situation to someones attention. Personally I think that there should be a maximum time limit set. But it would be kind of hard for us all to come together and accomplish something with all this bickering about being illegal or not and knowing the situations of others. Regardless I hope within the next few months we all start to see at least a few approvals if not all approved. A little hope is better than none, right?

You could be right, very few may get a K3 approved prior to the I-130. If your going off the timelines linked above. How many folks actually take the time to update their timeline properly? That is good info, but its only a fraction of whats out there. My point was the misinformation being given out here on VJ concerning the K3 being obsolete and the pulling of the I-130 file and placing it at the back of the line. How many people have been discouraged from pursuing a K3 beacuse of that? Personally I have pursued every avenue to get my spouse here that I can. Including the K3.

I filed a K3 as well. Mainly because those seem to be processed faster than the I-130 and because it was free for me to do it. My file is at NBC and will be processed there. I figured this way I would have another avenue to work with instead of one.
Im not sure why folks say your file will be pulled from the queue or that it will slow down the I-130 process. But Ive never seen anything official that states that. Mainly just other folks posting that it will happen. I could be wrong, but I guess I will find out first hand. I'll make a posting to let everyone know what happens to my case.
