Hi everyone... Yesterday we got our case number and today when we checked it says our Alien registration number is changed. What does it means?? From now on how much time will the whole process will take till we get our Noa2 Our case is with VSC?

Oh! So so sorry. But you know some men are like that only. They tend to be stronger thn actuly they are.. Hope so soon he will realise that u r so so important to him and might be he has some other problems too.. With job or anything like that.. If u really love him give it a another shot.. Call him. Guess what our relationship is 8 years long.. Guess what we were just together for 1 and half year at the beginning. Then he went to states. And came to meet me in 2011 aftr so long and again in 2012.. We do fight and even say we wanna break up.. But some where we know in our hearts its just matter of time.. Wish you all the best.. My fiance has filed k1 visa for me. I am from India. We want my parents to accommpany me for our wedding to states. What kind of proves will be required to prove that they will return back? I would also like to know, that my parents can apply for their tourist visa after I get my Visa? Or they can apply before that?

Are you asking how your parents can travel, as tourists, to visit you and/or attend the wedding?

Or are you asking how you can gain immigration / green cards for your parents?

The first relies on a vistor's visa, I don't know how difficult they are from India. Some countries are easier than others, but you always need to have your parents prove strong ties to India and show proof that they will be returning.

The second, well, that is NOT the point of a K1 visa and there's a long wait ahead of you before you'd be able to petition for your parents, if that's even possible? (I do not follow family-based visa issues so someone else would have to clarify that.) There's no way to bring your parents WITH you to the USA for good, that would be absolutely crazy.

We have mailed our I-129f on May-11-2013 to Dallas, Tx. My Fiance is from NY.. Hopefully we get our visa approval in 2013 itself... Kept my fngrs crossed

What about the passport size photos?

No the passport pic is not dated... But the issue is the forms will b dated as 3-20-2013 and pics 4-10-2013. So wont it make them think how come that difference? What if we use whitner to change the month?

Alright. but what about the passport size pictrs? I had sent them also along with the forms to my fiancé.. Can those pics be used or ill hav to send new pics as they are mre then 30 days old
