  1. <p>

    OK,

After searching around, I have found several threads with the same question of what this means....I found a pattern of these people getting RFEs (and a couple approvals) from 1 to 6 days after seeing this on the USCIS website...So Serpentine is seeing future RFEs is my guess, please let us know if they change in the next few days :

"I went on the USCIS site today to check the status of our case and i got the below message when i called the center they too could not find our case and said they had to escalate the call and now i have to wait 1 hr to hear back from them. Please let me know if any of you have experienced anything like this and what it could mean?"

    • "At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information.

To view the status of a case, please enter the corresponding application receipt number. The 13-character application receipt number can be found on application notices you have received from the USCIS. It begins with three letters such as (EAC, WAC, LIN, or SRC). Dashes ("-") should be omitted when entering a receipt number. However, all other characters, including asterisks ("*"), can be included if listed on your notice as part of the receipt number."

Yes. Usually an RFE in two days. I noticed the pattern too.
  2. Maybe we should try to make some jokes about all this process :) or funny things that we run on to, or occured during this 'stressed' period :))) like Blades post about that game, that made me laug, and few others, can't really remember :) we can either complain all the time or we could have at least a little fun meanwhile :))

Agreed. Do you have any jokes? I read about Russian president has an estimated assets of 70 billions!
  3. I contacted our senator. Got the first response in the mail saying senator is interested in your case. Second response a week later saying VSC is processing Vermont case right now. And there is a lot people ahead of you.

  4. No nothing new. Says still in transit which means its still in the secondary place in texas and not in an adjuducators hands yet. My filing date was 12/12 but when I got the update by texas it sayd my filing date now is 12/5.....my update is the same as yours 5/30,,,,, We are in this together dear...

I cant help but wonderwhy my Senator says that he made it clear to texas that our file was "of interest" to them but this doesnt mean it gets put ahead....just adds pressure so they will just get the approval process going. Also once it is in an adjudicators hands they said they could have it up to 30 days. If I get approvedin july it means it will be almost 8 months!

The woman handed me an answer to my service request filed 3 weeks ago. It had

the audacity to says my file was still in the normal processing time because they are currently process 0ct 15 petitions. I know darn well most of april and some of may it said vermont had 5 months processing time on the official updates. Which would of made our approval may 5th or 12th .... So how can they say it is still within processing time!

sigh.... I just do not know anymore... I had faith that contacting my senators and congressman would mean they would go to work for us... but I am doubting that it helped.... They just seem like slaves to the uscis like us and they are not making changes just reporting back what is going on...I am seeing people here who filed after me getting approval... Sorry as hard as I work hard to update everyone... I have lost hope sad.png((((((

Hang in there, don't just give up! You have walked so far already! We have walked so far already! We will get on the other side!

Sounds like we are crossing the borders! LOL!

Big hugs to cheer you up, hopefully. It's a broken system and all that, but the bright side is at least it is still working! So are you ready for you NOA2? ? ? It is coming on it's way, Angelina!

  5. I think it might have been any immigration cases with the country China. Everything relays to China is slow. I have read about it somewhere. It's about the percentage of total immigrants coming here. Well, I hate to say this, but we are the the real victims of big country politics. I heard calling the night manager in NVC helps. Ask the State department to expidite your case. I am sure that this point, they will move it very fast.

    Good luck to you both!

  6. Immigration will have the exact same question that I did. And then you'll find out what cold really is.

What you did is risk your kids' future in the US as well as your own.

Persoanlly, since you committed visa fraud, I hope you get deported and get banned for life. They need to make an example of people like you so that others don't try to do it and maybe our legal relatives can get here quicker.

I just hope she has paid for all the medical expenses. Didn't apply for any government assistant program. Right? What is the child future? Would we have as a society have to pay for the child's long term care expenses? Would you pay? I would choose not to if I have a choice! I hate mothers like this!
  7. I think this is what they can do to bring VSC processing time down under five month again. The December filers will get their decisions in next two weeks, approvals,RFEs. Because they are in the seventh month. Then early JAnuary filers will get their decisions in the second half of June. They are at 5.5 months. On the third week of June, we will start to see January filers left in VSC got their decisions. When they proceed in July, most December and January files would have at least one decision from them, and VSC should start to process February by then ( it's their sixth month.

I hope VSC would try their best effort to process petitions in a timely manner.

    Good luck everyone.

Angelina, I think you will get an approval next Tuesday or Wednesday since you are the first inline for the transfers. Early congratulations to you.
