Yes. Usually an RFE in two days. I noticed the pattern too.<p>
OK,
After searching around, I have found several threads with the same question of what this means....I found a pattern of these people getting RFEs (and a couple approvals) from 1 to 6 days after seeing this on the USCIS website...So Serpentine is seeing future RFEs is my guess, please let us know if they change in the next few days :
"I went on the USCIS site today to check the status of our case and i got the below message when i called the center they too could not find our case and said they had to escalate the call and now i have to wait 1 hr to hear back from them. Please let me know if any of you have experienced anything like this and what it could mean?"
- "At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information.
To view the status of a case, please enter the corresponding application receipt number. The 13-character application receipt number can be found on application notices you have received from the USCIS. It begins with three letters such as (EAC, WAC, LIN, or SRC). Dashes ("-") should be omitted when entering a receipt number. However, all other characters, including asterisks ("*"), can be included if listed on your notice as part of the receipt number."

We all will survive in this process!Politics is killing us over here, and i see it is not good anywhere But i am used to all of this, i survived a war ))
-
I can never understand politics. It only takes us six days to order some authorized credit cards for my baby under my accounts. But takes the USCiS well over six months to process some papers?Bosnia and Herzegovina has 3 presidents who can't stand each other
-
Well. According to Forbes, he is the third world richest man with 70 billion US dollars assets?what/s that about 100 US$?
-
Agreed. Do you have any jokes? I read about Russian president has an estimated assets of 70 billions!Maybe we should try to make some jokes about all this process or funny things that we run on to, or occured during this 'stressed' period )) like Blades post about that game, that made me laug, and few others, can't really remember we can either complain all the time or we could have at least a little fun meanwhile )

What is the legal basis to grant DACA program? Does anyone know?

I contacted our senator. Got the first response in the mail saying senator is interested in your case. Second response a week later saying VSC is processing Vermont case right now. And there is a lot people ahead of you.

Hang in there, don't just give up! You have walked so far already! We have walked so far already! We will get on the other side!No nothing new. Says still in transit which means its still in the secondary place in texas and not in an adjuducators hands yet. My filing date was 12/12 but when I got the update by texas it sayd my filing date now is 12/5.....my update is the same as yours 5/30,,,,, We are in this together dear...
I cant help but wonderwhy my Senator says that he made it clear to texas that our file was "of interest" to them but this doesnt mean it gets put ahead....just adds pressure so they will just get the approval process going. Also once it is in an adjudicators hands they said they could have it up to 30 days. If I get approvedin july it means it will be almost 8 months!
The woman handed me an answer to my service request filed 3 weeks ago. It had
the audacity to says my file was still in the normal processing time because they are currently process 0ct 15 petitions. I know darn well most of april and some of may it said vermont had 5 months processing time on the official updates. Which would of made our approval may 5th or 12th .... So how can they say it is still within processing time!
sigh.... I just do not know anymore... I had faith that contacting my senators and congressman would mean they would go to work for us... but I am doubting that it helped.... They just seem like slaves to the uscis like us and they are not making changes just reporting back what is going on...I am seeing people here who filed after me getting approval... Sorry as hard as I work hard to update everyone... I have lost hope ((((((
Sounds like we are crossing the borders! LOL!
Big hugs to cheer you up, hopefully. It's a broken system and all that, but the bright side is at least it is still working! So are you ready for you NOA2? ? ? It is coming on it's way, Angelina!

I think it might have been any immigration cases with the country China. Everything relays to China is slow. I have read about it somewhere. It's about the percentage of total immigrants coming here. Well, I hate to say this, but we are the the real victims of big country politics. I heard calling the night manager in NVC helps. Ask the State department to expidite your case. I am sure that this point, they will move it very fast.
Good luck to you both!

I hope so too! Can't sit still and wait any more when seeing all these CSC approvals.Seeing all these approvals is making me impatient as well. Two VSC's have already been approved, one 2/14, the other 2/28. The dam should burst any day now.

Some day, I hope USCIS will have some similar program like USPS. If we don't process your application in five month, the application fees and associated fees on USCIS. That would be nice, wouldn't it?I keep calling my Senator's office. No luck, I dont know if Angelina got the chance to contact her Senator's office. I hope there is good news...
Im keeping my fingers crossed..

I was told to wait for seven business for a senator inquiry.
Angelina, how was the talk to your senator's office ?

I just hope she has paid for all the medical expenses. Didn't apply for any government assistant program. Right? What is the child future? Would we have as a society have to pay for the child's long term care expenses? Would you pay? I would choose not to if I have a choice! I hate mothers like this!Immigration will have the exact same question that I did. And then you'll find out what cold really is.
What you did is risk your kids' future in the US as well as your own.
Persoanlly, since you committed visa fraud, I hope you get deported and get banned for life. They need to make an example of people like you so that others don't try to do it and maybe our legal relatives can get here quicker.

Ok. Thanks for the explanation.ok the first one is laughing , and the other one is crying

My fiancée always sends me these little people which I can never understand. She trained me a little bit. But I still don't understand the meaning a lot times!!! Man, I miss my baby!.....

I just think it would be funny if someone from CSC came here on a K1 visa with a December petition. Then got married here. Applied for adjust of status. got that approved within three month. Tried marriage for a couple of months. Didn't work out. Got a divorce. And yet, our loved ones are still not here yet!
-
Immediate relative has not cap. I think that is the main reason they have to make the process slow. But I believe this long process make fiancées from countries not participate in Visa waiver somewhat harder. We are less likely to see each other during the whole process.
-
I think he's right though. The man's got a point. It's so hard for us model, honest, responsible citizens to bring our loved ones to live here. But it seems so easy for the illegals to gain status. Or better yet, not deported if they are not criminals.
Kinda funny, right?
-
Just want to share this news with you guys.
-
I think this is what they can do to bring VSC processing time down under five month again. The December filers will get their decisions in next two weeks, approvals,RFEs. Because they are in the seventh month. Then early JAnuary filers will get their decisions in the second half of June. They are at 5.5 months. On the third week of June, we will start to see January filers left in VSC got their decisions. When they proceed in July, most December and January files would have at least one decision from them, and VSC should start to process February by then ( it's their sixth month.
I hope VSC would try their best effort to process petitions in a timely manner.
Good luck everyone.
Angelina, I think you will get an approval next Tuesday or Wednesday since you are the first inline for the transfers. Early congratulations to you.
-
A new month would start next Monday. With some cases completed their transfer process. I hope we can see VSC and TSC poping out approvals at a rate of at least two thousand cases a month. Otherwise, March or later filers would have to even wait longer than the current waiting time.
-
Hey Guys. Anyone try to email Texas Service Center as they would have first hand info, right? And tier 1 rep wouldn't know much because it is way above their pay grade. I think I129f is close enough with I130. TSC shouldn't have problems using those HR to do the work. Good Luck, ya'll!!!
I just hope the ones left at VSC would be processed soon...

I would prefer they transfer the case to charlotte office. It is one of the best in the nation. Well, I have to wait in line in Vermont.
Transferred file from vsc to Texas got touched today!!!!!!
