Hi!! How did u fix this?

It's could be just a program glitch. I haven't RFE but when in a few weeks copy of my application finally showed up in my account it was missing my maiden name. However my all names was in a application that I have printed out in day of submitting. So I sent email to USCIS and added to an account  scan of the page with correct information. On the interview nobody even mention that.

Just completed the N400 interview at the Denver Field office - 751 is still pending with our last status on the website saying "Case was Received"

Arrived at the office and was called in on time - I had went with my husband as his 751 is still pending, the officer asked me to come back as well. She had us sit down and started asking us questions about any changes to our application. We had a baby, so that was one major change to our application. We also provided her our 2018 tax information. Besides that she asked the Yes/No questions from the application, asked us both if we were ever married before, and if either of us have any other kids. Then she moved on to the Civics test - my husband answered the 6 correctly so that's all she asked, then she asked him to read/write a short sentence about Columbus day.

At the end she said a decision could not be made at this time due to the fact that they need our baby's birth certificate. She gave us a letter that we needed to send back a copy of the birth certificate with.

I asked her the following questions:

    1) Would the green card still be produced? - She said no, and the online status might not update as well

    2) Did CSC already send over the 751? - She said yes, although the online status never showed "Case was transferred"

    3) How long after we send in the document should we expect to see an Oath notice? - She said 1-1.5 months

She was very nice and our experience went well. It seems as though our journey is *almost* over - we were able to go to the records office today and get the birth certificate mailed in next day delivery, so let's see how quickly things can process now 😃

Congratulations!:) sounds like you had same IO interviewing you☺

Thank you! I'll ask them :) now is big question! What to wear???😂

Just got two letters, one from Lee Summit with usual N-445 notice of naturalization oath ceremony at Aug 6,  and another one is from Denver Field Office. The second one is saying "you have been selected to be a part of a very special naturalization ceremony". I'll die of curiosity!! anybody know what this is about???🤔🙏

  4. Well USCIS certainly processed my N400 case👍 today I got 3 emails : we actively reviewing your case, oath ceremony will be scheduled, case was approved. Between first email and next two was about 20 min. I not sure if my request anyhow affected speeding up the process. so my timeline: 04.22.19 interview and RFE, 05.11.19 USCIS got our tax transcript, 06.19.19 I sent request for topographic error in GC, 06.27.19 I got answer that decision on my N400 no been made yet🤔 07.01.19 N400  approved and oath will be scheduled emails🤗 good luck everybody!

  5. A little update. Since I sent a tax transcript for my N400 RFE on May 11 nothing was happening, so I decided to try to fix wrong resident since date on my GC because who knows when will be made decision on my N400 case, right?  I sent request on June 19 for typography error on I751, and today got this answer: "Thursday, June 27, 2019

USCIS has received your evidence for your application N-400.  A decision has not been made yet.  If USCIS needs any additional in formation we will notify you by mail."

Do I understand correctly they are not going to fix my GC but processing with my N400?

The article says that they are transferring cases and that applicants can receive letters from offices outside of their jurisdictions.  They may be doing a mixture of both, but we on this thread are expecting to visit another office (if applicable) because of the wording in the announcement.

Nah, it's okay.  It's the rules (at the time).  She said that if our move had completed, she would have scheduled the interview for later in the year to make sure we met the 90 day jurisdiction requirement.  I thought that was nice.  Maybe we should write her back and ask her if we can return?  Lol!

Also, USCIS releases the field office's case loads.  In case anyone wants to see their offices':

Amhara I know what article said:)  but I was talking about information that I got from IO.

Hi! Do you have any news since then? My situation is not exactly same, but I also waiting, only  for uscis response on my RFE after n400 interview, which was on Apr 22. In a few days after interview my husband told me that we got lucky to have interview before uscis sent big portion of immigration officers to the south boarder for quicker processing cases of people who crossing boarder with no visas, so they don't get lost on US territory after getting notice for court, what could happen in a few years. So it's a reason why we're waiting longer then expected.

oh.. forgot to mention guys, I got approval notice for 10 years GC in mail today, and  admission date is confusing me it's 01/01/0001. Should I call to USCIS or leave it alone?

A little update. Last Monday got my GC, with resident since date 04.21.2019, should be sinse first GC, right?

Good news is I got my transcript in mail yesterday, after call to IRS number provided by USCIS, that saved me 3 weeks of waiting time. Now waiting for a state tax statment and will mail all of it to USCIS next week, woohoo!

I had my N400 interview on 04/08 and also had a pending i751, so I'll share my experience. Every case is different really, and experiences vary. I have had people tell me they were grilled at their interview, but mine took all of 10 minutes. I went with my spouse but the officer said she only needed me. She told me at the start that she was satisfied with the i751 and would approve it, so she went straight to the naturalization test. It all went quick and she was very friendly but professional. None of the evidence I took along was looked at - only checked my green card and ID card (drivers licence).

It appears Denver will by default do a combo interview if there's a pending i751. Whether your spouse is interviewed with you or not depends on how "okay" the officer is with your i751 application.

By the time we got home, my i751 status had changed to "card is being produced" and N400 said "Oath ceremony letter was mailed". The next day I was able to see the oath ceremony letter in online account and it was scheduled 10 days from the interview date. I received the 10yr green card 5 days after the interview(turned it in at oath ceremony).

A few things I learnt from making small talk:

****Denver hasn't done same day oath ceremonies in quite a while and though I requested it based on a few reasons, the officer very nicely told me it wouldn't be possible.

****Some approvals may take a few days to process if the pending i751 file "is not in their system".

    I hope this helps.

Congratulations! I wish my interview could be at list day before a tax day! lol

I think you can print transcript online from IRS website pretty quick... or is it some kind of a special certified transcript they ask for??

Nothing really special,  just transcripts for 3 years including all estimated and final payments. As I mentioned  here already I can't create account at IRS site just because I don't use contract phone. But we did called to IRS yesterday  on phone provided by USCIS 1-800-829-1040 and ordered transcripts. Just in case:  we failed 1040 with schedule C. We'll see, but  a robot-woman on phone said we'll get transcript in 5-10 days, whale IRS site saying all transcripts will be available in 3-4 weeks after payment (in case if you failed online), what is for me is going to happen no earlier than may 5.. I don't know... we'll see

Good to know about the Tax Return Transcripts from IRS. I just requested 2017 and 2018. Should be mailed in 5-10 days. I still don't have an interview scheduled.

When I log into my account online estimated time is 6 days :)

Great!:) Just make sure your transcripts including all payments  that you did during a year.

Hi, thanks so much for your response.  Glad they did the combo interview and it went good!  That is a bummer about the tax transcript I had read in another blog that sometimes they require those.  I am still waiting on my 2018 tax transcript I ordered about a week ago.  So were they going to do the oath ceremony on the same day? Hope everything comes together quickly for you, at least you are right at the finish line!

Thank you! Yes I hope so too:)  I don't know about ceremony, we didn't get here)) but she mention that I have to bring to ceremony all cards that they issue for me. I been checking  vj immigration timelines and so far didn't seen anybody with same day ceremony, usually it's  happening  in 2-4 weeks

They wouldn't accept your online transcripts? You can do that pretty easily and quickly.

I don't know yet if they will. Today we'll call to IRS on phone that was provided by USCIS and see . Besides it if for online transcript we need to create an account at IRS site it not going to happen because they  accepting only phones on contract for creating account, but we're using cells without contracts.

    Hi,

Was wondering if the Denver office gave you the combo interview? Just checking as my interview is May 8th in Denver. I have called uscis and sent an email to alert them we have a pending I-751 so I’m hoping they will be prepared to give us the combo interview. Any info would be great and thanks.

Hi! I don't know what is going on, but twice been trying answer to you and my messages disappears.. One more time :))) interview was for both I751 and N400, everything went fast and easy, and if not one thing I would wait for my oath ceremony now. But IO requested transcripts from IRS for last year to make sure taxes was paid, she didn't accepted turbotax copy and recite. Thing is earliest when transcripts will be available it's in 3-4 weeks sinse you payed your taxes, so for me it's May 12, + time for delivery, + time to send it to USCIS, and here I'm May 25 is my due to send answer to USCIS. We'll see how it's will turn out. So far I have a card is being produced status, and RFE was mailed. Good luck to you! Fortunately you have more time to get recent transcripts.

Hi, I think as it went to the NBC office you will get the combo interview, but I agree calling USCIS and making sure they are aware is a smart move!  Also did you get notice that your case ever moved from NBC to the Denver local office?  Or did you just get an interview notice in the mail/online?  You have the most similar timeline as us, applied online 09.25.18,  had I-751 transferred to NBC on 12.21.18, and local office is Denver.  Congrats and good luck with everything, hope to be following closely behind you:)

Hi! Thank you!:) Yes, it is usually what suppose to happen, but I seen some cases when after successful N400 interview, IO sent a person back to wait for i751 interview because  uscis was not ready. So I prefer to check on them;)  so far I got interview notice only online, before that I had transfer to NBC notice, that's all. Thank you! Wish you quick and easy last step of your immigration process!:) Good luck everybody!
