Well it was not what I hoped it was but at least it is something. I got a letter today asking for more evidence, which is fine at least now I know where my petition is and that it was finally looked at. so now I am gathering all the information that is being asked for.

Atlanta Georgia is where I live never said my petition was her.I sent my petition to USCIS and then it was sent to NBC so now I don't know if its still there so Iv called my attorney to have him locate it.

I've filed an I-130

Is anyone In October still waiting? I have not heard anything since getting my first letter priority date 10/12/12.

I am the petitioner I am from the united states and my husband is from mexico. I filed the I-130.

I called my attorney to ask if he will call them to check. the priority date on my I-797c form says October 10,2012 and its been 8 months now.. my husband took a voluntary departure so I am getting very frustrated. I am afraid they might have lost my petition.

So when I got my letter letting me know my petition for my husband was at NBC , does it stay there to get approved or is it sent somewhere else? I've looked at the processing times for Vermont and there processing october, I'm October 12th and I'm just getting angry cause I can't figure out what's going on.

I filed my I-130 in October and its at the NBC . I haven't heard nothing and when I called I was just told to wait.

It sucks having to wait for some kind of news.

Oh no our petition is at NBC, it's already been 6 months now I have to wait longer

I called the USCIS today and talked to a really nice lady. She told me that my I-130 is being processed at the NBC and that they don't have a processing time like the other BC's. My husband leaves Tuesday back to Mexico to wait out this LONG wait. I my priority date is October 10,2012 and since there is no processing time posted for that center I have no idea how long we are looking at for it to get approved.

Imy I-130 was received October 10,2012 the USCIS website says it was last updated 12,12,2012 and it is still pending on the site. I'm also about to go Mad worrying when my husbands petition will be approved.
