I received an RFE from the USCIS requesting for a marriage certificate (which I already have sent with my I-485) and New and Complete I-693 (which I have also complied with). The RFE also stated that they could not find my DS-2053, DS-3024, DS-3025 or DS-3026. I am on the process of complying with the "new and complete" I-693 (paid again considering its not even covered my insurance). One of the requirements of the form I-693 is to have a chest x-ray which I could not have since I'm three months pregnant and another is the PPD skin test for tuberculosis which the CDC says its safe for pregnant women although there is not study or research conducted as to its effects to the baby. My Ob wrote my Civil surgeon to have the test and x-ray postponed after my delivery. My question is if my civil Surgeon states in my I-693 that I did not have an x-ray and PPD test, will the USCIS deny my I-485 since the I-693 is not complete or will they send me again another RFE for my to comply with the x-ray and PPD after my delivery? Help please
