  1. omg i am about to call my embassy

NVC will automatically contact Embassy once the request received and then the Embassy will make the decision whether to expedite your case or not and they will notify you

You need to email NVC , i'd not suggest the mailing route...email are the main option now or you will waste more times

Just FYI , a friend of mine directly contacted the Embassy back in May , she has never contact NVC and the Embassy approved her request and ordered NVC to forward the case.

  2. omg im soooo sorrry to hear that.. hope u good with that and that is fast i just got of the phone with them they bug me each time!

I sent the AOS package about two weeks ago. After reading a post here, I realized that I made mistakes on ALL OF THE FORMS!!! I am petitioning for my husband and step-daughter and when I filed the affidavit of support part 3 I completely messed it up. I put the name of my step-daughter on my husband's application, and my husband's name on my step- daughter application. I didn't know that since there both have different visas petitions, I didn't have to include them on each other's application. So, last week I called NVC and told them about it. The guy on the phone told me to send the applications again and when the time comes for them to check, they will already have the new and corrected forms. IT IS A WHOLE MESS AND REALLY HARD TO EXPLAIN, LOL!

  3. they gave me a checklist for not answer a military question on my AOS which i think is false... i believe i answered it !! where are u in the process?

Hi, we are on the same boat! I have been trying to get this process to be done as soon as possible and then, by talking to my husband last night he was telling that is just better to wait. Like me, you have been married for less than two years which means that your husband will get a Conditional Green Card, correct? If gets all of his documents after you guys have been married for more than two years, then he will get his permanent green card and you won't have to deal with this crazy process again. I am just saying.... It is one positive way to look at this long process and not lose your mind.

  4. noo i have not yet got case complete im waiting my 60 days is due next week..how far are u?

If you have your CC no worries in less then 2 weeks you will know your cita date probably for first week of October. That is just a form letter, don't worry about it! Good luck and start to get financially and mentally ready for your interview!! Good luck and Congrats.

omg so they took exactly 60 days to give u case complete.. my 60 days is next week.. i hope so i want to be there first week of october !!

Yes i got one and it did take up to 60 days and on that 60 days i call and my case was complete. it took from June 13, 2014 to August 13, 2014 for them to finish my case. the only thing i was surprise about was that i received my interview letter on the 18th of August. And it was sent to me about 1:15 am in the morning. I know this is not good for you. I should have had my case done along time ago but i got a checklist from them. As they keep telling me they was busy at this time because of many visa that was sent to them. But i call them about once a week just to see where my case was at. I tell you guys on here this is my last time doing this as this is my third petition i have done and have gotten all three approved two K1 and one IR-1/CR visa and this one was the hardest for me. Good Luck
