after a lonfg wait of over 9 months, i got an email about the approval, I almost lost hope and thought of cancelling the process, marry and the refile.Thanks to everyone of the support and information. this forum without doubt is a big help to everyone involved in the process.

they stick with the rules, its like a statue, you have to have met in 2 years period. If you have not, ask your lawyer and then call USCIS and ask for their opinion and decide for the next step. If what you hear the news as negative, ask the same lawyer to refile with no charge. If he doesnt agree, go forward and file yourself. its not hard ,

Any one got approval from vermonth with RFE approved ??????

More than 1 month after rfe, i did sent an e-mail request and they responded saying that its still in the office.

i think thosr approvals are from CSC, and not vermont

Its a long time since i have seen an approval from vermont with RFE or non rfe
