And my date of birth. I was never actually arrested so no photos or finger prints were taking. I do not know how to find out if i am banned and I would really like to get it sorted as i want to enter the US again at some stage.

My friend and i stole a chair last summer in ocean city and the police caught us they did not arrest us that night but 2 weeks later a police man called to my house and said i have to show up in court in 2 weeks but i could not attend court as i had to leave the country. I was just wondering am i now banned from the US? The police man did not take any of my passport information he only had my name
