I filed oct also.. same thing.. didnt hear from them since i received my ead.. wait wait wait.. lets just wait..

Hello.. members.. im on k1.. we filed oas last oct 2012.. got noa 1&2.ead approved and done biometrics..but after that i dont hear anything. Not even an interview date.does it mean i dont have to go to interview anymore? Pls share your experience s.thanks..

My case # starts with msc too.i called the iimig they says its in Missouri.. i filled my aos last oct 2012. After biometrics i dont here anything from them.. dont even have interview date.what does it mean?

If its too risky to leave US while youre Ap is not on hand..why is ts that theres an option in the form to pick it in the address outside US? I ask this because im planning to travel abroad while my AP is pending.. then i just want my husband to mail it to me abroad so that i can use it in POE. What do u think about this guys? Pls share your experiences and ideas.thanks.

I was worried if i have to pat $360 for filing separate AP. Now its clear that i dont have to pay for it! One last question.. how long does it take? Can i travel this june ? what do you think?

Fill out your I-131, using the VJ example. Be sure to include a copy of your I-485 NOA1 with the application, then you shouldn't have pay.

I was one of those unlucky folk who got bad advice when applying for AOS from a K-1 - I didn't bother filing for AP. I finally decided to file for AP Feb 19. I received the paper copy in the mail only about 3 weeks later! I was shocked!

Anyway, I've booked a trip to fly back to Canada next month. I just want to be prepared. My passport is still in my maiden name and the AP is in my married name. Should our marriage certificate be a good form of proof of the name change? I also have my EAD with married name which I will be taking with me. I plan to also take my NOA1 for pending AOS. Any other recommendations?

I applied for AOS less than a month after marriage and was married before my I-94 expired so I should be ok when it comes to overstaying.
