Igor's list you will see that 60 % of october filers are been aprroved...so you can call the USCIS and ask for help....because you are already reach a five month....Good luck to you....I'm praying for the best...

How I see the NVC got stuck with our pettition...When my fiance and I got our hard copy of NOA2,they write us that we must wait 2 weeks and after that expect some results from them...I think it's just frustrating...But if we didn't get any notification after one month then we can actually call NVC....Hmmm otherwise I got my NOA2 on 29 april....!

My fiance and I applied on Octobar 12th, and received NOA2 yesterday.

We applied through Vermont Visa Center.
