i am sorry i couldnt replay you on time . my rfe was for evidences of our relationship bcuz we didnt send that much pics in the beginning . we sent pics of us together , pics of our engagement ceremony , letter of intention to marry within 90 days , skype and fcb logs , testimony of our relatives and friends about our engagement . i hope you guys good luck .

RFE lasted exactly 60 days , so dont worry .

this waiting is killing us :'( . we called them but they said to wait until 60 days then call again if we dont hear anything. i saw to many approvals of RFE -s that were sent latter than ours , i am really worried if thisis going to take longer than 60 days :-( i hope not ..... anyone waited for more than 60 days ? anyways thank you for reading this and i really wish to everyone who is waiting , to get together with their husband/wife very soon :-)

Hi everyone ! I am a november filler at VSC and this is our 8 month of waiting :-( . Received RFE on 28 May , sent them back on June 4th and since June 6 it is still on < RFE response review> . I know i have to wait for 60 day to get a response but I already lost hope . why is this taking so long ? anyone experienced this long waiting? any advice?thankyou and good luck :-).

i sent mine since June 6 and still nothing :-( i have seen RFE-s that were sent later than me and got their approval !!!! i dont know what is going on :-(

i got a RFE on may 23 and respond to USCIS on june 4 . i am still waiting for their replay and yes its better to send them asap even that u have time until september. if u can send the doc they are asking for asap so they can work on your case faster . good luck :-)

with the RFE letter they ask you for the evidence that is missing in you case photo and everything that can prove your engagement . in my case we sent a lots of engagement pictures , plane tickets , sms , etc etc witch we forgot to send them in the very first time . now i am waiting for their response . anyways i know you dont want to hear that but keep waiting just a little more ;-)

dont worry about it , we were exactly in the same position ans last month they sent us a RFE letter , for sure the will request the same thing to you , goodluck ;-)

i am a Nov filer too but according to the processing timelines here at visajourney website , VSC is still procceding 30th October filers . glad to hear that Nov filer has been approved . goodluck :-) :-)
