Hello,

My visa renewal got denied in 2012 and me and my partner got married in 2013.

I'm preparing to file Adjustment of Status now. I worked without authorization after my visa expired, and the person I worked for filed his tax (meaning I didn't work under the table) , but I haven't been filing mine. I'm wondering if this can be a serious problem in the process of applying for my greencard. I worked without authorization, and didn't file my tax.

Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated!

Hi, my O-1 visa renewal got denied and it expired in October 2012.

I got married to US citizen this month (April 2013). I overstayed on my O-1 about 6 months.

Am I eligible to apply for Adjustment of Status?

I can't find much information for O-1, so if anyone has any information specifically for this visa,

that would be really helpful.
