  1. Thanks!! I'll just wait till it's our time :clock:

Good luck to everyone here, hoping tomorrow's the day for the interview assignments.

    hi

i am still waiting for interview assignments too my case was completed on 04/03/2014

did you call nvc to find out how long is the wait for this

when i called them said they have no idea

now we can only pray if you get your interview date please update you timeline

  2. Just to let you know that you can't trust what they tell you over the phone. It happened to me and to many here on VJ. You need to call USCIS, talk to Tier 2 officer and ask specifically if your case is transferred to Local office or not. You may wanna call few times to get right answer. I called in march and they told me it is still at NBC, but after a week or so called again, and it was surprising to know that my case was transferred to Newark on Jan 9. I was very confused whom to trust, so went to Newark and they confirmed that they are processing my case.

So, I suggest you call couple of times and talk to Tier2. if your case is at Local office then you should visit and try to find out whats going on. By going to Local office, I avoided getting an RFE. There are many people here got approved after visiting local office.

k robbin ill call monday again see wats goning on then i ll go to newark to find out wats going on
  3. if it will stay there then you probably get your NOA2 soon, but if it gets transferred to Newark which is the current trend right now, then it may take little longer. How do you know it is at NBC?

when i called to find out whats goning on with my form they told me right now its at nbc

  4. Do you know where your case is currently? NBC or Local office?

It all depends where your case is going to be processed. If you get transferred to Newark then its a long wait.

    its at nbc

It depends on many things but generally it takes 3 to 6 months.

Yours seems to be DCF, it will be approved much faster.

    k thank you
