Have you emailed KingstonIV@state.gov and/or KingstonIVappointmemt@state.gov requesting packet 4 be emailed to you so that you may do your medical examination. I would send an email to both addresses in the proper format. Set your medical, should be done by the 26th and let the embassy know you need the letter before the 26th in order to complete your medical. I pray you get resolution by this Friday.

I called the DOS today to find out that we have an interview date. The problem is that its scheduled for Oct 10! With no appointment letter he can't do the medical and I am afraid that we won't get results back in time! The guy from DOS said for my fiance to go to interview no matter what. Is this what others were told to do?

I just called DOS and got my case number! It was recieved last night!!! Shipped to NVC/DOS from TSC on 7/24!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so excited!

My file was supposedly shipped from TSC to NVC on 7/24. NVC/DOS says they don't have it yet. I hope it arrives this week.

Just received a txt and email:

On July 24, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.

My NOA2 is 6/24. I was not transferred to TSC; I am at VSC. I received notice that I was shipped on 07/12. Please let me know what your senator says. I am also very frustrated

My NOA2: July 8, 2013......VSC transferred to TSC.....I have received nothing either!!!!!

I called NVC this morning and it is the same thing......8 weeks!!!!! Its just crazy.

My NOA2 was 6/27. I have not gotten any notification that my case has been transferred from TSC to NVC. I called NVC and they do not have my case yet. I am really upset. I put in a request for an inquiry with my senators office. I hope something happens soon.

Still waiting for my case to be shipped to nvc noa2 6/27. I called USCIS and the tier 2 rep refused to put in a service request. :-( So sick of this.

NOA2 Jun 27. No shipment notification from TSC and file is not at NVC. :-(

Enigma how do yo know we aren't all doing other things to prepare? I have been and are continuing to focus on the next steps. Talking with others in my situation helps me....complaints and all!
