PS if anyone is familiar w next steps to take particular to Russia and Moscow Embassy please, please let me know, I think I have a good handle on it but some steps are still confusing (even on Moscow Embassy website) - for example does my fiancé have to wait for a package w further instructions from the NVC or the Embassy or can she go there to pick it up; and do I have to call NVC and get a case number and do we use it to schedule an interview online, or I do not need the case # ?? Thank you very much in advance...

Few days after i tried to log in again but it said failed. I tried reseting my password but i don't see any option on the website where in i am free to reset my password via email. It also said there that before i can proceed to the password recovery i need to provide a correct answer regarding the Password hint question: how can i proceed if i can't even remember the Password hint answer:? i really would like to remember my account there so i can check further updates and for case status . I tried contacting the web admin from the email provided but until now i don't get any response. Please anyone here who can help me?

amigo, i had the same thing happen to me - twice... and now i'm locked out of my account due to too many failed attemts; if you got yours resolved any hits or advice for me on what is the most practical and effective way to approach this matter (i'm pretty sure it has not been 90 day threshhold for my password expiration limit yet) ..thank you.

I'm sorry compadre, I by no means want to rain on your parade and am sincerely hoping you'll get your NOA2 ASAP, however I've received same message a couple of month back. I have red somewhere this used to be the case (getting NOA2 shortly after receiving the aforementioned notice)in the good ol' days when NCIS was somewhat competent at what they are tasked to do, but not anymore....
