Anyone know what to do? She was told she was approved and everything was fine, she gave them her passport

i have the same issue right now. and her status is showing under process.

can you please advise, what happen to the passport?

thank you for the site... just reading all the mails now.

i was in india and just came back.

i called 202-663-1225 and they told me interview date is 09/26/13..... she will not get package-3 or 4...

they will just tell her in the notice what to bring in for interview.

i guess for transfer files (VSC to Texas) its takeing almost 5-6 weeks.

if you are VSC or CSC approval it will take abt 2-3 weeks.

Any approvals for teansfered files???

If Texas doesn't have capable staff why did they transfer all the files????

i just spoke to 2nd tier officer after few hrs hold yesterday and he mentioned that all the VSC to TSC transferred file should be approved or RFE by end of june.

i hope this does happen. good luck to all and my self.

i just spoke to USCIS officer today and he mentioned that all the December 2012 filer wil be approved by end of june.

hope this info will help. if dont see anyone getting approved yet on Igor's List.

My file is showing, it's in process and decision will take abt 60days....

I just revived first letter that USCIS has moved my file to Texas. Also, igor list doesn't have how much time local office takes.....

i just called USCIS and they told me once they start processing the file, it will take 60 days for local office to come up with decision.

can someone with approved NOA2 explain how this work.

i got same thing and i got my NOA 1 on Dec 28th.

does this means, few more months wait?

BTW i was in Vermont for weekend and it was horrible. it snowed only on the mountain area but weather was horrible.

It's hard to wait as its been 4 months and Vermont doesn't update processing date anymore

We are finally moving! NOA2 was made yesterday. I thought we were living under rocks, or among the snails. haha
