  1. I need some good words that I'll let calm down..

I got approved last feb.14 and NVC said they received our case last march 14.. And still haven't the case number yet.. My husband called them every week,They said 20-30 bussiness days.. But as I saw from some people timelines, they got their case number a weeks ago after they approved.. Should I worry now?maybe they lost our papers. :(

  2. Hi everyone! My husband is starting to fix the affidavit of support

However, the website says if your an active duty you don't need it:

    ((Income Requirements

You also must meet certain income requirements (whether you are a sponsor, a joint sponsor, or a substitute sponsor). You must show that your household income is equal to or higher than 125% of the U.S. poverty level for your household size. (Your household size includes you, your dependents, any relatives living with you, and the immigrants you are sponsoring.)

If you, the sponsor, are on active duty in the Armed Forces of the United States, and the immigrant you are sponsoring is your spouse or child, your income only needs to equal 100% of the U.S. poverty level for your household size.)

I just wanna make sure if we don't really need it?

    Thanks in advance.
