      No nothing yet.... We are still waiting, been in AP for over 2 months now !!!

      Ohhh wow your still waiting !! I'm sorry to hear that... We also were put on AP on the 29th of May and we are waiting as well... Praying that we both get some good news soon.

    I am really confused I received an email from us embassy stating that our case has been sent back to USCIS for reconsideration and disposition .from what I heard it is a denial but when I contacted my lawyer he has been telling me to have hope and wait until I get a formal letter from uscis about their final decision I fan really confused should I go get married and apply k3 visa or just wait for USCIS decision

      Oh i'm so sorry to hear that farhad jan, as you can see my fiance had his interview yesterday and he was placed on AP so God knows how long that's going to take... GOD help us all that's going through this process...
