Please update my status, AOS has been approved card ordered today january 4th 2007. EAD was approved dec. 15th

I'm so happy after everything, I'm almost at the end of the road. Thank God!!!

I applied for SSN on tuesday 26th, they gave me a letter saying that I would recieve the card in 10 to 15 days but the kady said I could come the next day and get the number since I told her I needed it. Anyway, I went back on wednesday 27th and got the print out of the number.

I guess you can get the number as early as a next day after you applied.

I received my card in the mail today, I've hard a tough time with the process. just thank God that it's over with the EAD hope my AOS goes smoothly now.

The post office in your area must be exceptional, I also got an email for my EAD on dec 18th, I'm still expecting the card. I'm begging to get worried that I haven't got the mail yet.

I have done almost everything, when I saw the undeliverable status online, I called cusomer service to change my mailing address to a p.o box and request that the notice be resent. I recieved change of address confirmation mail in that p.o box from USCIS, this was on sept 15.

I have my name on the mailbox in my house address, I recived biometric notice on my house address.

I have gone for an infopass and the officer said that there's nothing they can do that I have to write to missouri. I wrote to missouri and also send e-mail to the csc-485 e mail address. All this were done more than a month ago still no response.

I'm willing to try anything to be able to get this problem resolved, that is why I'm thinking of sending in everythin again.

I have been trying to get an RFE sent back to me after it was returned by the post office as undeliverable, after 2 months still no RFE.

What I want to do now is to send all the supporting document to them again, hopefully they will select what they want and resume processing of my case.

My question now is where will I mail the documents to, my case number is MSC***** .

I was going to ask the same question cause I'm driving myself crazy with anticipation, checking status and e-mail every 3 mins. My EAD was touched 11/8, 11/13, 11/14, and today. Isin't that enough touches for an approval already!

Anyway I don't think there's any kind of pattern with these touches if u judge by other pples timeline. So we just have to wait and see.

I think u'll get an approval soon.

Does the NOA for EAD and AOS filled together come in one single mail/letter or seperate mail for each application filed.?

Do you have ur name on the mail box or your p.o box? if you don't then, I think you should inquire from your postman or post office, After 2 weeks of waiting for mine, the online status changed saying that it has been returned as undeliverable, I've been trying to get them to resend it since sept 13 but no luck yet.

May be you should talk to your mail man or post office, it may just be lying there waiting to be returned.

No I did not move, I got the mail for biometrics on the exact same address, I just don't understand why I didn't get the others

I feel so hopeless right now, I filed for AOS and EAD since august and some notices was send but returned by the post offfice as undeliverable. I have called customer service several times in the past 60 days to have it resent but uptil now it hasn't been sent back.

I made an infopass appointment the lady I spoke to only read out what was in the online status for me and said they do not have any more info on my case. She advised me to write a letter to the service center, I've done that already but no response yet and my case status still has not changed.

My major worry now, is that I have a second job interview scheduled for next week and I need to have that document to be considered. Th processing time is about a week past my date.

I spoke to customer service again today and they said I may not even be able to get interim EAD because of the undelivered notices

Does anyone else know what I can do at this point.

RFE sent to me for AOS was returned as undeliverable by the post office, I've made several calls to USCIS helpline, Changed from my address to P.O Box yet I havent got the notice yet, been more that 30 days.

Does anyone know how what else I can do to get the notice

I also need to know if that will affect the approval of my EAD.
