Hi vj101..like all the advices here, be patience.. I just got an email from ncis that they resent my file back to nvc without any reason given.. You do need to call ncis so they know to expect your file.. Expect 4 weeks delay unfortunately..

Thanks for the update, tdmiata! Very helpful! If you don't mind me asking, what's the exact date when you got the email from USCIS saying that your file was resent back to NVC?

Thank you dwheels76 and Life's Journey..From your experience, is this something simple as a missing piece of paper or something more serious that USCIS overlooked? I know patience is a virtue but it's hard when someone else is in control of your destiny.
