A follow up to the original post I made about the I-130 expedite. I received two rejection notices from the USCIS from my own attempts, however I made a simultaneous request via my Congressman and it was approved. Apparently US representatives have a completely separate track from US citizens when trying to expedite. My advice: do not give up and do not assume the system works. It is highly flawed, though there are some very intelligent and compassionate people at the USCIS. You just may need some extra help in getting to them.
Congratulations to you both as well ! To be honest I didn't know it was her until I saw the photo of you both together. They said sometime this week it should be in Samara where Natasha lives. Hoping to get her here in early September.
