Guys after the CR1 visa issued... what is this $165 to pay for ... it says you must pay it online to USCIS to recieve a green card. My question do I have to do this before departure or I can do it once in USA.

Whats wrong with you? just sit and relax..if I were you I would never contact them again... you don't need to submit any thing.. just wait for the visa now.....

I need your opinion/advice.

I am in AP from September 2012, two months ago i submitted fresh medical, ds230 and new photos.. now the embassy is asking for original passport(only), which i submitted on last Monday. what are the chances of getting visa? and time frame.

As i am working abroad and need my passport, so how much time should i give to the embassy?

Guys Embassy have asked me to submit a fresh DS230. I am confused wether to sign it or not as it say sign it infront of consular only and am i suppose to send it via american express or by hand? waiting for your help please

Hi, I believe this is standard. They also sent me a letter back in may to submit passport ASAP and I did. But case still under AP.

I was interviewed on 29th January 2013 in US Embassy Islamabad. Visa Officer took my passport and put into proceedings. My case was remained in PENDING till one month. Later on it was updated as "NO STATUS". Which is really confusing for me. I sent 2 web based E-mails. In reply they said its in Administrative Processing. Its 6th month is continued and no change happening in my case.

Please guide me, is it normal duration or its a matter of concern now ???????? I m bit depressed and worried also.

whats your case type is it IR1/CR1.......

it takes more than a year atleast from Islamabad embassy to resolve the AP. I know people who are under AP for 22 months yet no visa issues. I am also a victim of AP (11 months now). I would suggest you to stay with your husband through this AP and pray.

well to be honest. I would suggest you to keep your self busy. look for some internship. as every one is going through this AP thing. I am stuck since last october. From my experience i would suggest you to call your wife back and move on with life. IA you will get visa very soon.

you all dont worried inshallah you will get visa everyone on here i have been ap 20 months and i married to my wife in 14 dec 2007 and still didnt got visa so Allah knows the best and he have plan for all of us so no worried inshallah everything will be alright people just pray and please praying for me too

My case in administrative processing since october 2011, and its quite irritating as no help available yet. Please any one who has the same issues resolved or currently in similar situation. I have been living in UK for 3 years and now in Pakistan for last 2 years and waiting for my immigrant visa.
