Do you intend to divorce him? If so then you should also make sure to contact uscis and explain the situation this way it will become very difficult for him to file for ROC. So sorry for this horrible situation.

I am planning to Divorce him but not right now cause he will be able to get his green card without me signing the paperwork. and I'm not signing or filing any papers. I'm really hoping he send him packing because he came over here fraudulent.

Hello Vj I have a problem. My husband from Ghana has been here 1 year. I have been notice this same number on our phone bill that he always call. I read an email that indicates that its a woman and child back in Ghana. Then I also read in his email that after he gets his paperwork file next year for his 10yr card that he would be leaving me. My question is what can I do to prevent him from going to the next process. It seems to me that he didn't come here with good attention. Please give me advice.
