how long does it take for uscis to review and decide on a returned petition?? please anyone??

HI fellow Vj members. i finally got the iv fee after 63 days, paid and filled the ds260. now hubby is sending civil documents, but on the web it says include benficiary's 2passport photo of specified size. but i called nvc and the operator said its not needed. will we get checklisted for sending my passports?

Its crazy, its sick and it doesnt make any sense at all. Do NVC also take 30 business days to answer their calls?. I sent in my ds261 since May 31st, 2014. its was scanned on the 3rd of June 2014. I am still waiting to get my iv bill. got a checklist for not submitting page 9 of 9 i-864 form, sent it already. but does that mean i wont get my iv bill invoice till the AOS checklist is reviewed?. Please help. Is anyone experiencing or has ever experienced this?, what did you do about it?.

If Admin process takes more than 6months, you might be asked to go for medicals again, what if they discover you've had an abortion. i dont know much about the process but you could just be lucky and the AP will take less time than anticipated. I would advice you should take a chance and not abort the baby. Good luck.

SO i got approved on the 26th of March, hubby got NOA2 on the 28th and USCIS page shows its shipped to NVC same day. Now, when do i call nvc for new case number?? pls help.

You need a variety not just one thing. Emails, IM's, chats, facebook, yahoo, Whatsapp, Skpye and the most important that you must have for lagos Phone log records and pictures with family and friends.

Bank accounts and such not that big a deal we don't live with our spouses so not that heavily weighed.

make sure if you have any red flags you address them all

1. religious difference

2. divorced

3. Children previous relationship

4. Age

5. Race

Oh yes red flags, my spouse is divorced with 4 children and i know their names, age, school they attend, how much he pays for child support and they live with his ex-wife. Only the youngest visits him once every month. As for age difference.... , he's about 20 years older....... but we got all the phone logs and pictures they'll need. Its all so scary, am so nervous cos i don't want us to get an "RFE" at any point.

Hi everyone, Ok, i Have about 3000 sms (both sent and received ) from my hubby (USC) in my phone so i used the nokia pc suite and transferred it to a word page with all the dates and times showing. Could we send the sms printouts with our I-130 form along with photos, Passport stamps, marriage cert. and tickets form trips?
