Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between October 5, 2013 and October 24, 2013. Could even be earlier than you think. My dates have been changing neary every day.

We are expecting a RFE for divorce decrees. My fiance has been married 3 times and he only has 2 decrees in his hands. He has applied to LA Vital Records to get the last decree. Since it was going to be a long wait and LA can take up to 6 months to find the record, we thought we'd file our I-129F now....

We did also send an additional note to USCIS in with our package to let them know that we were 1 decree short and it would be sent as soon as it's received. Better to wait for RFE so it gets attached to our package and not someone elses LOL

That is very interesting. On my timeline, it says 'Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between November 18, 2013 and November 23, 2013. That's like a month and half later lol. Either way, I think it would be amazing if we got there before the New year and Christmas. Imagine spending those moments with your love! I hope that all goes well with the possible RFE and that it is a smooth process for you both.
